Hell in a Cell 2014

The ending was more logical than almost anything else they could have done.

Disagree. Not after all that went on, and also it's not like the PPV was all that hot anyway. A clean finish to the feud could have been a 'saving grace' for the PPV.
Wyatt could have easily done his stuff tomorrow.

Where is the logic in Wyatt picking a side in this fight?

He didn't. He attacked Ambrose on his own, not as a member of the Authority.

They could have just had, you know, one of them beat the other. Kinda what you want in the payoff match to a feud.

Bray could've randomly attacked Dean tomorrow.

Rollins wins with no help - Ambrose loses his heat

Ambrose wins - Mr. Money in the Bank loses his heat

Rollins wins with Bray's help - Rollins can brag about winning like a heel should and Ambrose can go on to a new feud with the fans rallying behind him because he got screwed.

Ambrose winning followed by Bray Wyatt returning would have been fine. One loss out of the four months of winning wouldn't have killed Rollins.

A loss in his first major match would have hurt him a lot more. No need for it to happen.

or they do not want to allow a clean finish to this war because it will be picked up headed into WM with Reigns and maybe the Champ tossed into the mix.

And it wouldn't have had nearly the impact.

Not his first major match, he beat Ambrose at Summerslam. Losing a match he should have wouldn't have hurt a cowardly heel.

If Wyatt has some sort of issue with Ambrose, why wouldn't he attack before the match is over and make sure Ambrose doesn't win?

It's not the logic of him doing it that's the problem it's the fact that it shouldn't have happened. We will have to sit through another prolonged Ambrose/Rollins feud probably toward Mania and more likely than not people will stop giving a fuck.

And it wouldn't have had nearly the impact.

Disagree.
A throwaway rematch would have probably happened anyway as is the norm, and Wyatt could have interfered then.
Less impact, sure. But not so much that the crowd wouldn't eat it up.

I think the logical finish tonight would have been an Ambrose win. Everything that happened in the match pointed to such a result.
Now this new Wyatt feud will be an 'intermission' feud until Ambrose seeks revenge again 2 months down the road(basically the same as Bryan-Bray last year)... If that isn't a bummer to a hot feud, I don't know what is...

Horrible ending to a great match. Those two guys gave it their all. Very disappointed in having Wyatt get involved.

Seth wouldn't lose any fucking heat by losing this match. What a ridiculous thing to say.

If this is how the feud ends it was a waste of time. No one was elevated. They're in the same place they were 5 months ago.

I don't see how Seth would lose heat losing to Ambrose in the cell. They built it up so much and then the ending was so anti-climatic. If anything it tarnishes the reputation of the HIAC match

Na, feud is on 'Intermission' if anything. Will pick back up in time for the Rumble,I suppose... But it will lose loads of momentum,lMO.

I have to agree with this. There is only so long you can drag something out. They've already had Cena, Orton, Kane, HHH, Noble, Mercury and now Wyatt inserted in between Ambrose and Rollins. Enough is enough. Let them beat the crap out of each other and move onto other things.

This feud is between the two former Shield members and it should stay that way, anyone else just waters it down. I'm already losing interest the longer it goes.

With this logic NOBODY breaking into the main event can lose cleanly unless their opponent is already established.

What a cop-out.

We can hope in vain that this means it will be Ambrose/Rollins at Wrestlemania 31 for the WWE title. /trolololol

Agreed. I was reading earlier today about the renaming of the Elimination Chamber PPV, and I was saying they may as well abolish the whole concept of the Elimination Chamber and the Hell in a Cell, because they are no longer effective. I thought the whole point of the Cell was to keep the wrestlers involved contained throughout the match (which didn't happen tonight as the first half of the match happened outside the cage) and to keep those uninvolved outside the Cage (which also didn't happen tonight). Why have the Cage if guys can enter and leave the Cage at will. That's a couple of times I can think of that Bray Wyatt has entered a contained enclosure to mess up a match.

I think we're all losing sight of what's important here: Brie is now Nikki's slave.

Rusev matches should have such a stipulation.
Imagine Rusev with Big E for a month, Swagger for a month, Henry for a month and now Big Show for a month as slaves. :lmao:

You just keep trying to put lipstick on a pig don't you KB

No. I'm trying to point out why they went with the ending they did.

If Wyatt has some sort of issue with Ambrose, why wouldn't he attack before the match is over and make sure Ambrose doesn't win?

You think Bray Wyatt is the kind of a guy that is going to be logical?

Not his first major match, he beat Ambrose at Summerslam. Losing a match he should have wouldn't have hurt a cowardly heel.

I'd hardly call the Summerslam match major. Big yes but not major.

Rollins isn't a cowardly heel either but that's another story.

I highly doubt that happens. There's a story here and people want to see the wronged face get revenge. It's wrestling 101. Well maybe 102 or so.

Disagree.

No reason to have this go on any longer now. They've done what they needed and Ambrose can go after Wyatt while Rollins moves up to a bigger feud in Orton. It's good for Rollins and gives Ambrose a feud he can win. Everybody benefits.

Seth wouldn't lose any fucking heat by losing this match. What a ridiculous thing to say.

So is most of the nonsense you babble on about but let's get this over with.

Rollins was elevated as he won in his first solo PPV main event and Ambrose is now the second biggest face in the company. If that's not elevation, I don't know what you want.

I don't see how Seth would lose heat losing to Ambrose in the cell. They built it up so much and then the ending was so anti-climatic. If anything it tarnishes the reputation of the HIAC match

How does it tarnish the reputation of the Cell when it's a copy of the same ending that made the Cell famous in the first place?

With this logic NOBODY breaking into the main event can lose cleanly unless their opponent is already established.

No. You're just not that bright.
