Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

I'll take Arian Foster over both Calvin and Percy.

I really don't think you can go wrong with any of those three really, looking a PPG avg. for this season they're all right in that 19/20 fantasy ppg. I do think that Percy might be the most versatile offensive player though, the Vikes can literally have him do just about anything, throw passes, run the ball, KR/PR, WR, he's the only one of those three to do any of those things. Arian is always just lining up at RB, & Calvin is always just going to be lining up at WR, all are MVP caliber players though.

Watched The Machinist last night.

Very good film. It furthers my belief that Christian Bale is a fucking great.

That's on my short list of movies I need to watch soon. Mullholland Drive is above it, and that's on Netflix right now, so I'll probably watch that tonight.

SOOOOOOOO FUCKING SICK, and tired of the Ryback arguments on here. Oh he's to early to win the title. Blaah blah blah blah blah blah. Oh I'm sorry, lets build everyone up for 22 years, and then put a title on them. I see no problems with trial title runs, just testing the water sometimes. I mean yes.... don't do it all the time. But the fucking dude is SUPER over, and he puts on fun matches. I would like to see him doing longer matches.

So the build is allways 24/7 jobber, Midcard title, then world title? I'm sorry we all aren't the Miz and need to learn the trade. Strange, I don't remember this much flack being thrown when Sheamus won his first title. I remember Brock lesnar winning the title A year after he came into the WWE. Sure he won the Royal rumble, but a legit Hell in the cell match isn't as brutal as the Royal Rumble? And I know Lesnar faced more star power during his run. But god I'm sick of the only argument being that he's not done enough to win the title.

Who the fuck cares.... It's not the first time, and it wont be the last. Ryback in the title picture could do wonders for him. A program with a first rate worker like Punk, and the face of the company could make him.

The amount of Ryback threads are silly, he's being booked fine. And he's good enough to be booked the way he is.

Well CM Punk makes sense. He's by FAR the most interesting wrestler in the WWE at the moment.

We've all seen someone have a monster push like Ryback plenty of times.

Likely stacked on top of all the threads whining about how their favorite hasnt been pushed or given a world title

Exactly, I will rarely post on how I think someone should be pushed. I post rare praise, but Cody Rhodes is a prime example of why I don't post on stuff, and arm chair book. I thought that dude was going to win the world title or at least be in the ME, now I can't stand him.

That just got under my gears, oh ryback can't do this or that. Because he's not done this or that. Why do we need another carbon copy booking of a person winning the title, when he's already following a beaten path as a jobber squasher? He needs something new, or he will die out... very quickly.

Well, he should have. As with Doplh Ziggler.

I dont say these things because they are favorites though, I say them because of how wasteful and passive agressive WWE creative and booking is. Wasting people's heat.

My favourite comment was this on another wrestling site:

"WWE needs to bring in Dean Ambrose and push him to the moon. I mean, why is Ryback getting pushed so hard? He's only been there for a handful of months."

So much idiocy with that comment.

I really don't understand why so many people think they know anything about booking wrestling. What amazes me even more is how far from the truth that actually is. You'd think some people would be right every now and then, but nope. Never.

Well CM Punk makes sense. He's by FAR the most interesting wrestler in the WWE at the moment.

I don't think he's by far the most interesting wrestler right now, though he's up there. Sandow is pretty interesting right now, but that's more because of his character than his push, whereas Kane and Bryan are also very interesting but it's because of their push instead of their characters. CM Punk is really the only one who is rocking both a solid character and push right now.

We've all seen someone have a monster push like Ryback plenty of times.

And it's worked. Hell, it would have worked beautifully with Khali if he wasn't totally inept in every single way.

Well, he should have. As with Doplh Ziggler.

Cody yes. I'm grateful that they haven't with Ziggler, though you can't deny how over he is.

I think the problem is that the WWE waits too long to pull the trigger on them while their heels, and eventually people start cheering for them. Both Cody and Ziggler started to get pops during the height of their heel runs, and I think WWE got scared by that unpredictable reaction. It's hard enough having your top face booed half the places he goes and your top heel cheered half the places he goes.

Considering the fact that Ambrose is crap compared to Ryback, lets ask ourselves why people want him as champ. Because its a fresh 'hip' guy people want to see on tv with a belt. Problem is that Ambrose isnt as good as many others currently on tv or even in NXT. Screw him. If those people get what they want it will be clear just how crappy he is. Go ahead- give him a title for nothing and watch the ratings drop.

At least Ryback has a good buzz with the crowd and it is much more than just a few dozen guys on the net that like him. I have no problem with Ryback being where he is and wouldnt mind seeing what he does with a title run. He deserves it more than Ambrose and would be far more entertaining.

Too funny.

That dude pulled back and hit her like he was playing Mike Tyson's Punch-out! Damn.... Even after that she still didnt shut her mouth....
