Think I'm going to go see Dredd 2D here in about 45 mins. I'm hearing surprisingly good things about it.
That moment when the girl you're interested in at the party casually slips that she has a boyfriend into conversation.
At least she said something before you casually slipped it to her, or spent the entire night trying to chat her up.
Find another lady, there are plenty around. Many that dont have boyfriends or at least have the decency to not tell you about them.
It was good, just not as magical as I was expecting I guess. Norton and Willis were great. Plus Jason Schwartzman is always a welcome addition to any film.
If I wasnt broke I would go also. The thought of a more violent Dredd movie makes me interested. Although staying home and watching 'The Wrestling Road Diaries' with DB and Colt Cabana is also a good way to go. Much cheaper than the movies and my couch is more comfy than a cramped theater chair.

This morning I woke up, looked at the clock, happily saw it was 3:33 am because that meant I still had time to sleep more before I had to get ready for school. But then I realized IT'S SATURDAY AND I CAN SLEEP IN! But then I woke up four hours later and couldn't sleep anymore. I made grilled cheese with pumpkin spice and kissed my bro on the forehead to annoy him.

Im thinking of getting a character together for WZCW and giving it a shot.
This guy is an un-employed stunt man that hasnt worked since the early 80's. Worn out jean jacket, big moustache (Rick Rude style) and completely lost in the times. He tries his hand at 'fake' wrestling until a job in Hollywood opens back up, but soon learns its not as fake as he thought.
He is scared of technology and still carries one of the big ass brick cell phones. He carries it around everywhere, waiting for a call from his agent to come in that never does. I mean everywhere- even in the ring during matches, he stops the fight to answer the phone. He even goes as far as taping it to his head during some matches because 'bluetooth is dumb and gives you ball cancer'.
Kind of a cross between Ron Burgundy and Rick Rude. It could be a platform for some great comedic moments and Im working out the details.
It just cracks me up thinking about a guy who stops his matches to answer the phone. Scrambling out of a submission to crawl to the corner in hopes that the 'big audition' is coming in- only to have it be a crank call from another WZCW guy or some telemarketer. Then he gets pissed and takes it out on his opponent.

It's actually a really good action movie, if you liked Raid: Redemption you'll likely enjoy this as well
After seeing it, I'd like to nominate Dredd for next years BZT, I think that Dredd vs. the likes of Batman, Iron Man, Punisher, Fury, Commander Shepard, & Samus would all make for fun match-ups, & debates.

I am actually looking for a second opinion on renting Raid: Redemption. Is it any good? I heard the soundtrack was top notch.

If you can deal with subtitles, then yeah it's a solid action movie, thought the ending was slightly underwhelming, but overall a good movie.

Yeah I liked Dredd, once I was able to get past the plot being way too similar to The Raid I really started to enjoy it.
