Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

And now InFamous 2 has been beaten. I'll probably take a break from games tomorrow so I can get a bunch of work done in preparation for Friday, for I will be spending all day on The Last of Us.

You need to DL Deus Ex: Human Revolution if you haven't already, I think you'd love the shit out of this game.

Way ahead of you, downloaded it yesterday. Sadly, it will have to wait until I beat the shit out of The Last of Us.

Also, I saw This Is The End tonight. It was fantastic, probably the funniest movie since 21 Jump Street.

SO on my review site, Oblivion got higher scores than Skyrim. What say you all?

Dunno why im even asking. Its not like ill ever finish Skyrim.

That's a really tough call, man. They're both so awesome.

I think maybe I'll give a slight advantage to Oblivion. I like Skyrim better as a setting, but Oblivion had somewhat better quests I think.

I've wanted to see that movie all summer. If not just to see the movie, but to prove to my friends that Danny McBride is funny. I tried getting them into Eastbound, no buys, and I can't find anything else from him I'd laugh at.

He is the enigma of comedy

False, Skyrim is better.

And wait, you have a review site?

False, if I had to do one more Oblivion Gate, I was going to kill myself. Leveling up was also harder and the ability to choose your perks like you could in Skyrim made you feel much more in control of your character. Also, the sheer amount of story lines going on in Skyrim at the same time dwarfs the fact that in the only thing anyone is even worried about in Oblivion is the Oblivion Crises.

Also, Skyrim is prettier.

Oblivion is less repetitive from what I have played. Skyrim got tiring because nearly every single mission, even if it was something simple like finding a random wenches lost sweet roll, meant going through a dungeon full of draugor. How the hell does everything end up down there?

That's not entirely true. Sometimes bandits took it.

Bandits that are hiding out underground with legions of the undead. Why the hell did they steal it anyway, sweet rolls can't even be enchanted.

I did just remember getting the wabbajack though, that mission was good and different. Certainly my weapon of choice.

Not true, they hide in fortresses above the ground. Or in mines that may or may not contain undead.

That's a good mission, though many of the Daedric missions are pretty interesting, like the one for the Black Star or the Mace of Molag Bal.

Glad im not the only person to feel this way. I thought there was something wrong with me....

but goddamn, for a game with such an enormous world, 80% of the missions sure do feel damn near the exact fucking same

Do you think people would actually answer the door if missionaries carried movies? A missionary comes to your door with Pineapple Express and will allow you to watch it, in exchange for a fifteen minute pitch at the end. Worth it?

No, cause I already own my own copy of Pineapple Express

Thats a lot of fucking time dedicated. I also aways talk to the missionaries, im always down for a philosphical religous discussion.

I also used to carry around my Modded Xbox that has every game ever made (pre-xbox) DL'd onto the hard drve (NES, SNES, SEGA, N64)

that was a funny year for me. 08/09.
