Glass Ass: The OFFICIAL JGlass Thread

As long as there is no rum, I'm good. For some reason rum gets me blackout drunk. I can do maybe a shot (or two) and that's it. I guess I'm fun. J says I have a nice voice and I do like to talk. If I'm passionate about something I could probably talk to you for hours about it. Hell Merk and I made my best friend and brother sit through a car ride of us just talking about WZCW. Good times.

Blackout? As in pass out or dont remember stuff?

I never pass out but sometimes I wish I did, staying awake leads to you causing more trouble once you've hit that peak I find.

I told you that Saxton and Saboteur vs. Natural Selection would happen. I'm pretty much psychic.

OOOOO, tell us a story Theo. What did you and the old man talk about?

We mostly talked about Beard and Rush and where we are with our characters. Though you came up in the conversation. I think it was when we were talking about the champions. Nothing overly exciting. It more so ended up with us explaining the fed to my brother and friend.

I'd rather hear stories of times when Theo was drinking rum.

Um yeah. Rum gets me to blackout. I remember waking up at work on the porch swing on the deck that our residents use to sit on (mind you, some of our residents can't control their bladders). Seeing as I live on the third floor, I was unable to make the climb up as my best friend and brother wheeled me around the block in a wheel chair and dropped me on the swing. It was bad.

See above. Rum is the only alcohol that does that to me. Everything else I can handle with ease. It's a shame as I like rum.

Rum is damn good.

I usually drink Rum or Vodka when it comes to hard stuff unless i'm doing shots then I just go with a mix of whatever the bartender suggests.

Odd. I just went to an Indians game and paid $23 to sit in the upper deck. It may have had something to do with it being both a dollar hot dog night and a fireworks night, though.

Completely worth it, though. If you're in the right part of the upper deck at Cleveland they're some of the best seats in the house frankly.

The Sox lowered their prices this year. People couldn't afford to go see a first place team the majority of the season last year, so they had to do something to get people in. I mean if you have a family of 4, you're paying $100 just for the game, then take in account for food, parking, beer. Lot of money last year.

On the topic of baseball, I went to a Reds vs Brewers game at Great American Ballpark and it was a good game.

I'm also going to a Redsox game in July or August (can't remember which) and normally that wouldn't be a big deal. But this time they will be playing the Yankees. So hopefully the Sox kick their ass.

Anyway what's up guys?

Sawx/Yanks at Fenway? Nice.

I had GREAT seats at the Mets game tonight. Field level, right behind the third base dugout, I think we were in the 21st row but we were the first row in our section so we were right along a railing that I was able to lean on when the Mets were sucking.

And the Mets sucked the entire game. They are seriously awful. They couldn't score a single run, and right when it looked like they could, one of their worst hitters comes up and just ruins everything. They are AWFUL.

That sucks about their lack of offense. Is Wright doing okay healthwise? I mean, he is their best position player.

Eh, everyone has their problems. Better to have occasional bouts of acne than a really tiny penis. Seriously guys, I don't have a really tiny penis. I swear.

I know there is a fair share of GameStop detractors in this thread, but I really don't mind going to GameStop. I like browsing through the games and the employees are always super helpful and usually fun to talk to about games. The only thing I don't like about GameStop is how it takes about 20 minutes to check someone out because of the entire spiel they have to give every customer where they try to get them to pre-order games and talk about their promotions and trade-ins and ask them if they want the insurance and how to return the game, etc. It's pretty annoying.

That said, I'm excited to play my new games. I got Dead Island Riptide after I saw a commercial on the TV in the store and decided it looked worth a try. Besides, if I hate it, I can return it and get something else. I also got Batman Arkham Asylum, because I hear that game is okay.

As far as I know he's fine. It's just hard for him to get RBIs when nobody else is getting on base.

I miss you so much it hurts sometimes. Everybody needs a friend that loves Futurama as much as they do.

Yeah I agree about it taking forever at Gamestop.

Speaking of Gamestop, is buying a powerup card worth the money? I've gone back and forth on the matter as a couple of my friends have them and I just use theirs whenever I buy something but they are trying to convince me it's worth it to buy my own.

I haven't gone to Gamestop in ages. Since joining the PC gaming master race, my life has changed much for the better.

Isn't it a one time purchase? Considering that one time I made $80 off of trade ins that I would have normally only made $20 off of, I think it is.

Yeah but you can just give a phone number and my friend lets me use his so I still get that benefit. That's why i'm not sold on buying one.

That means he gets the reward points, but I almost never use my reward points anyway. If you get enough you can use them to buy a prize, but most of those prizes are stupid, though eventually you can guy a discount.

Enjoy.

I'm pretty sure that's a clip Botchamania has immortalized.

What does MEAT stand for?

I didn't know this off the top of my head. Mankind for Ethical Animal Treatment.

I bought my mom scented candles for mother's day because I'm super original. I guess they weren't exactly her style, because they are now living in our downstairs bathroom. That's okay though, because they smell fantastic. I'm tempted to jack one and put it in my room, because lord knows that place needs all the help it can get.

I think my Futurama fan flag is planted in my ability to sing Hermes' song from "Hermes Requisitions his Groove Back."

Great scene, and after the song has one of my favorite lines.

I could sing the final part of the opera in The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings. I loved that ending.

I got my mom a cake for mother's day, but she reminded me she's trying to lose weight so I had to pretty much tackle the whole damn thing (it was a nice sized cake) by myself. I mean, she ate a small slice, but I've been tearing into that thing since last Sunday, and I just finished it off yesterday. Although, I had to microwave the last couple of slices (no real choice, the cake was hard and stale as shit) yesterday. Good stuff.

So you bought yourself 90% of a cake for mother's day? Not a bad deal!
