And hence why I ignore the IWC. Very rarely will I venture into the wrestling sections because I know I'll be bound to rip my beard out since I have no hair to rip out atop my head. Ziggler is a good talent and I think he is a world title talent. He has the potential to be a top guy, but I think he maxes out at the WHC. However I'd be thrilled to see him up his game and become one of the bigger names in wrestling.
Zack Ryder, he is still a thing? I like Zack as well. A ball dropped by the WWE. I'm the only person of my group that thinks Ryder could be something. The rest of them think he is utter shit no matter how hard I try to convince them even though they were chanting "We Want Ryder" at Survivor Series. Oh how the tides turned.

I like Ryder. I used to joke with Dragon Saga all the time about how he hates fun because he dislikes him.
I have no strong opinion on Ziggler, I just view him as a jobber to the stars who will never rise above that, nothing wrong with him, nothing that screams special though. I don't get why the IWC loves him.
Not that my opinion matters, I'm the guy that dislikes Randy Orton and isn't sold on Sandow.

I like the rest of those guys. Well I can't put Barret on that list. I want to like him, but he has given me no reason to do so. Watching NXT I used to think he was going to be a big star, but each day that passes is one more day that I believe that less than before.
Now Husky Harris, that is a guy from NXT who will be a star. Him as Bray Wyatt, nothing short of magic. I await the day the real Husky Harris becomes a bigger star that Mikey Stormrage.
I'm the same way with Barrett. Loved him in NXT, thought he could've been huge. And now I just wait for the day he is future endeavored. Probably pushing it there, but I see nothing now.

I noticed that when Rollins was punching Cena he was plainly hitting the canvas, it wasn't close.
Earlier when Sheamus and Ziggler ended and Sheamus hit the Brogue Kick to the chair, Ziggler threw his head back way too early.

I bought the new WWE Encyclopedia the other day...don't shop while high...and they actually make mention of Benoit. He has a whole 1/2 page dedicated to him. They don't make mention of the murder/suicide but he is in there, and not an ill word is said about it.

I think that was brought up before when they released it the first time. One assumes it talks about his ahcievments and shit of that nature. I also assume it does mention him as deceased?
Well, it's official boys and girls, JGlass passed Chinese102! Looks like I'll be getting a solid C, which is better than what I got in Chinese 101 (C-), thus fulfilling my language requirement. Hopefully this doesn't cause too big a dent in my GPA, but I'm hoping the two As I got balance everything else out. Graduating Magnum Cum Lade would be pretty cool, though I doubt employers care that much.
I haven't even contemplated what my fave 5 looks like these days, I'm just so underwhelmed by the WWE product. I guess it would be Daniel Bryan, Cena, Ryback, Sandow, Mysterio.
He's not a good talent though. He's a bad talent. He has proven time and time again that he has trouble working matches even with WWE's best wrestlers and is totally lost when he's stuck working with guys who aren't ring generals. Just two weeks ago he screwed up the finish of the tag match with Cena and Sheamus, two of the best wrestlers in the WWE right now.
Yes, those chants are a very fond memory. However, I don't think the WWE really dropped the ball. In fact, Ryder is perfect for the role he's playing now as he's in a very rare position as a jobber where people still care about him enough that they are actually mad at the heel when he loses. He was never going to be a WWE Champion, so when you consider the fact that he went from a sure to be future endeavored candidate to a big part of the WWE machine, it's actually a very happy ending for Ryder.
The fuck is wrong with you? I can barely understand not being sold on Sandow, but disliking Orton? He's almost definitely the best in ring talent in WWE.
Yeah, Bray Wyatt is great on NXT... but I often wonder how successful that type of gimmick could be in the real WWE. Can you imagine how many angry letters both WWE and the networks carrying its programming would get when a guy claiming to be the anti-Christ shows up in the ring?
I think if Dolph Ziggler didn't have all this fanfare surrounding him then I wouldn't hate him so much. But since he's constantly being lauded as the next superstar of the WWE with some folks going so far as to call him the future of the WWE... it's just too much. It makes me hate Dolph Ziggler way more than Dolph Ziggler could make me hate Dolph Ziggler.
I like Roman Reins and think he has the biggest future out of anyone on that crew, but Dean Ambrose is pretty fantastic as well.

Because for a while I was really hoping that it would be in a deadlock close to the voting deadline, leaving me as the deciding vote. I'm actually not joking, I was really hoping that this situation arose.
I'll be making my vote sometime soon, but not after I make a long-winded post about why the candidate I'm choosing is the better option... because that's how I roll.

It has been so long since I thumbed through the first one I can't remember. I was just flipping through the "B" section and under Booker T's title history it mentions his victory over Benoit for the United States title, then a few pages later there was Benoit.
Interestingly enough it does not mention him as deceased. His bio has three paragraphs, touching on his dream to be a pro wrestler, his WCW days, and the Invasion angle. The last few sentences mention how he won the WHC at Mania, lost it to Orton at SummerSlam, and mentioning how "he remained a challenger to the WWE's other prestigious titles."
I wish more people had the courage of their convictions and made a scathing write-in vote in that thread.

I look at Sandow the same way you view Ziggler. I dislike the fanfare around him. As soon as his vignettes started people were cumming their pants for him.
As far as Orton, the guy is beyond bland and stale to me. People bitch about Cena being bland. Cena is Brodus Clay circa January 2012 compared....to......Randy......Ort....RKO OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE!!!!
Remember a while back when he hit that RKO on Evan Bourne while Bourne was trying to hit Air Bourne? That moment made me jump out of my seat. It was fucking terrific. Then they used the RKO out of nowhere over and over and over and over. I get not letting a guy hit his finisher on the first try to build suspense, but with Orton it is the same thing night in and night out. I just can't get excited for him, no matter how sexy his dropkick is.
No clue. I love the gimmick, but even if he doesn't get to bring it to the main roster he has proved he is more than a fatty. I always find it funny that guys like Barbosa have accomplished more in the fed than Michael McGillicutty has in real life. I'm not on his level yet, but Stormrage has definitely accomplished more in his career than Husky.
I mentioned how I thought Reigns had a brights future in the non spam a little while back. Former NFL player, part of that famous Samoan family that includes The Rock, good look.
It was bad. His head was a good foot away from the chair. I'm not sure it he was trying for a Ziggler oversell or what, but Ray Charles saw how fake it was.
Not my take at all. As I saw it, Sheamus was meant to catch only the chair and Ziggler was supposed to look as though he had dodged and was getting out of harm's way.
