The Dragon Saga
Whale in a Teardrop

Jam packed crowd, potentially sold-out even and a cool set-up.
For those interested, THAT is the lighting rig ROH bought, this is the first time they've used it. It looks pretty good.

Roderick Strong has re-signed with Ring of Honor, the company announced Tuesday.
PWTorch has learned that Strong's deal is an exclusive deal with ROH, similar to deals with current ROH World & TV champion Jay Lethal and The Briscoes.
Strong has the ability to work out individual bookings with the ROH office, such as PWG, where he is currently PWG champion, but he is unlikely to work for a promotion like WWNLive (EVOLVE/DGUSA) while under contract to ROH.
Earlier this year, Strong wrestled for ROH and WWNLive on the same weekend, but that is off the table.
In Tuesday's announcement, ROH touted Strong as exemplifying Ring of Honor’s pride for having the best wrestling on the planet."
Strong wrestled Jay Lethal to a 60-minute draw on last weekend's "Death Before Dishonor" Internet PPV. Their re-match is August 21 in Philadelphia.
Strong then faces IWGP World Hvt. champion Kazuchika Okada on August 22 in Brooklyn, N.Y. in a ROH vs. New Japan star clash.
Strong, who is having one of the best runs of his career entering his 13th year wrestling for ROH, said in the press release: "I’ve set the bar really high for myself and anyone who comes after me. I’ve got unfinished business in Ring of Honor and winning that ROH World Championship for a second time is of the utmost importance!”
If you're a fan of Roddy in PWG, I'd say you'd be betting against the house if you were to bet he won't be pulled from their shows. Don't be surprised if he drops the title at BOLA.

Also DS if you could resig this to WZ forum required size that would be amazing.

Edit: Also, gotta love how every guy in the foreground is an ex-TNA/WWE guy.

That looks awesome. Seems to be worth the money. Where is this arena located?
It's just simple marketing, they have the most exposure, they go on the front, however I wouldn't classify Jay Lethal as an ex-TNA guy anymore, I think most people would refer to him as an ROH guy, not how like Styles is still kind of the ex-TNA guy working in ROH, or how Xavier Woods is never referred to as an ex-TNA guy when people refer to his WWE work.
I tend to consider someone a ??? Guy, if their big break came through there. So Raven is an ECW guy, Triple H is a WWE guy, and Jay Lethal is a TNA guy. Kurt Angle may have spent more of his career in TNA, but he's still very much a WWE guy. Whereas EC3's big break was in TNA, which wipes the slate clean with him for the most part.
It looks good. The arena would look nice on TV.
I am trying to get back into ROH. I remember back in the day I would watch ROH on my PS3. There was only 13 maybe 14 episodes. Show was awesome an from the talk around here it has still been awesome.
Thanks but can we get this one pixel smaller? Forum requirements...
I assume this means Nakamura is expected to have recovered from his elbow injury by that time
Listening to WOR atmo, the July 27th one. Bryan thinks that the match of Strong vs. Lethal is going to be repeated two more times in a best of three match, the next match also being one hour and the one after that being no time limit.
If true, that would be completely ridiculous.
That's what they did with Punk/Joe, which is probably what they are going for. The problem is that Roddy and Lethal aren't nearly as good, and I can't see crowds going for that in 2015. I've seen/heard tons of people who were pissed about the first match going to a draw, so I can only imaging what'll happen if they do it again.
