Bend are so bad that naughty Dog told them their idea for Uncharted Vita was shit so they redid the idea. The game produced was awful. Imagine how much worse it could have been.

So yeah unleash Bend on a AA title there.

Probably not a game they wanted to do though. I don't exactly think Days Gone will reinvent the wheel but I feel that Sony mandated their best IP for a launch vita title.

That new Zelda looks awesome, but I still can't consciously buy the console just for one thing. If it somehow has backwards compatibility I might grab it after it has its own inevitable Smash and Mario Karts.
Before I even get close to grabbing Zelda I'd have to get myself a PS4 anyway - that Sony press conference may have been the happiest hour of my life. Man I love video games. E3 is like Christmas to me, and this time I got to enjoy it without the annoying family commitments of exams and studying getting in the way. Super happy. Hype.

When I saw Days Gone I immediately said to myself "This can't be Last of Us 2, it looks like Naughty Dog circa 2011" so at least I didn't have the giant letdown that some people had when it was revealed as something out of the Generitron 3000. The game might not be super buried under all the other good stuff Sony has coming if it focuses on the things that are good about it - namely the gigantic freaky swarm of zombies - but it's definitely got a massive uphill battle.

Sucker Punch (dudes behind Infamous) turned out to not be the people behind the new Spiderman, even though for the past year they've been hiring like crazy and building their own motion capture studio so PSX might also be pretty good if they come up with something. Still can't believe they actually topped last year's E3 :')

Late to the reply here but yeah mate, I've been locked in it for basically the last month.

Awesome and beautiful and cheesy and cringy all at once. The best in the series and the worst. It is my life rn.

Weapon balancing is the best ever, I hope they never go back to durability. Difficulty is balanced nicely on the whole but character bases are a bit off in places on the third route.

So much plot and answers being locked behind DLC is meh. Plot & characters are ... superior to Awakening's, I guess. Translation is nowhere near as bad as the shitstorming GGers claim, but it is far too Americanised for my tastes compared to previous entries though.

New Pokémon is like Mojo Rawley; it only gets more hype every time I see it. I need that Yungoos thing.

Filing into the "something I never expected" category, it seems as if the version of Bayonetta 2 that included the HD remaster of Bayonetta 1 has skyrocketed in price due to it being out of print.

I have it sitting at home, my wife bought it for me for Christmas one year for like $10. I almost want to pull the trigger and sell while it's hot.

No confirmation yet but my theory is it's between Awakening and LOZ. A lot of people think it'll be a Zelda 2 remake. Others have it as after Spirit Tracks.

You totally should, it doesn't strike me as something that's going to increase in value as time goes by, especially when Nintendo releases a digital copy of HD Bayonetta.

Checking eBay it doesn't seem to have gone up too much. The $60 price tag for most seems about right for what it was on release.

I don't know if it's the same "Master Sword" as the one in the trailer, but there's apparently a troll from Nintendo in the E3 demo where you'd pull out a sword that looks like it and it'd just be a meh rusted sword. Still probably the most hyped I've ever been for a Zelda game - you can jump and parry! I can finally play as a colourful male kid version of my Dark Souls character

I just finished Virtues Last Reward (sequel to 999 which I think Doc liked) and holy crap that's a genius story. Does make me genuinely scared of the fact I finished it just before the new one came out without knowing a new one existed until halfway through my playthrough.
