Rumor is that the staff turnover for that project is high, unfortunately. The graphics look great and I'm excited to see that they're bringing back my favorite races... but I do have a dark, dark fear that this game is just going to be a money grabbing attempt by EA and Bioware until they let the series die.
Then again, they are clearly putting a ton of time into the title, so maybe it'll be good.

Bastion is great against terrible players. Once you start hitting teams who work together, or above average/experienced players, Bastion becomes a terrible pick. In competitive, he's one of the lowest picked heroes as he can only get the surprise first kill, and then the entire enemy team takes him down. In pubs, he's basically the gatekeeper between bad and good players. If you complain about a Bastion, it's probably because you (or your teammates) didn't counter him, and you're bad players for that.
Dishonored 2 looks so good guys and it comes out three days before my birthday. This is excellent.

It's difficult to gauge at this stage but it certainly looks very pretty, assuming it's running on the current hardware and not the Neo or Scorpio (which makes me more anxious than it should).

No and it was never planned.

More than likely a combination of it not being quite ready and wanting to not steal the spotlight of the software.
There's plenty of other shows for it to appear at and it's not due to be out for nine months l think.
I think it'll be revealed at Tokyo Game Show.

They mentioned it and had said pre conference all you'll see is Zelda and Pokemon. So no shitting the bed.
Kojima coming out at the Sony conference was my E3 highlight. His new IP looks just as brilliantly weird and provocative as I've come to expect, and it's wonderful to see such a creative man get the respect and freedom he deserves. As much as I love the Metal Gear Solid series, I have a massive soft spot for his unique IPs, especially Snatcher. Add Norman Reedus and possibly del Toro (C'mon, you know he's just being kept quiet!) and you have easily my most anticipated game of the future.

Zelda, Detroit, South Park, and Kojima's new IP all look great. Resident Evil 7 looks interesting. I just hope it's less boring than the other FPH games that have saturated the market this gen. But at least it's horror and not action.
Biggest disappointment for me is Days Gone. At first, it looked like something a little different. Then it turned out to be another by-the-numbers zombie game. Eugh.

all the people I was watching with were convinced that at the end of the conference the Naughty Dog logo would come up and it'd be titled "The Last Of Us: Days Gone". The similarities are way too striking.
Days Gone seemed interesting in its trailer and its seemingly focus on the emotionally destructive aspect of the event or whatever it is. Instead it became "look at all these zombies!" but then again Bend is a great studio who have apparently trying to get a game greenlit for a really long time so I'm hyped to see something from them that isn't Syphon Filter.
