I like KHI, but KHII is godly and the music is amazing even with the crappy soundfonts. Play the PS3 version for it to sound even better.

One of the greatest final levels and bosses ever if you ask me, very atmospheric.

I can tell you with some certainty that the first one was certainly not very good. 2 and Future Perfect were some of my very favourite games and I'm now dreading dipping back into them.

Both Red Factions - also shit. The second one does have Jason Statham voicing a character though. Priceless.

I never played the first one to be fair. Enjoyed 2 but got stuck on the Tokyo level. Completed Future Perfect though. I remember liking Red Faction 2. Although I was 14 at the time. I do remember Jason Statham. I think Lance Henriksen played the bad guy

I prefer the story of KHI and the gameplay of KHII.

Speaking of RPG's you may enjoy did you not play Last Story on Wii?

Last Story is also amazing, I'll second that. Also Xenoblade.

They should do more British-y translations. American ones get very generic and samey these days.

Xenoblade was great at the start but went downhill quickly. Last Story had the perfect blend of a larger story but nice broke up parts.

DQVIII is also ace.

Dragon Quest 8 is top 5 of all time for me. I cannot wait for the remake on 3ds.

7's really good but REALLY long. One of the longest games I ever played. It isn't as good as 4 or 8 but I think you'll enjoy it. The GBC releases were one with 1 & 2 then 3 was separate here in the states, are you sure it was all 3 in one cartridge?

So I finally finished Uncharted 1. I like it a lot.

Agreed - I also had lots of fun playing the original Uncharted. It will be a little while before I buy Uncharted 4, but a few of my friends are really enjoying it so far.

I grabbed Doom on Friday, and the single player campaign mode is boss. From what I've read, campaign mode is anywhere from 16 - 20 hours to complete. Haven't tried much multiplayer yet, but the fact that you can play maps that other people have created is pretty cool. Back to hell to eviscerate more demons

Only played three hours of it but already preferring it. The characters seem more refined and it just looks so much more better.

Colours in games are underused!

I've never been a fan of the Uncharted games, but this new one has piqued my interest. The graphics look amazing (unsurprising, Naughty Dog always makes visually excellent games), and it looks like they've made the game a little more diverse in play style.

Is it worth it for someone who thought the first two games were mediocre and didn't even bother with the third to check out the new one?

I'll be getting a PS4 when they release the Neo later this year and the base models go down in price. Big fan of Uncharted 2, less so of 3, and I think 4 will be a sweet graphical showcase of my shiny new gadget if nothing else.

To summarise my PS4 experience so far, the first couple of hours of Doom are incredible, the first couple of hours of Uncharted 4 are horrible, and Ratchet and Clank should be arriving in the post any minute now.

I've been tempted by the PS4, but there aren't enough exclusives to make me gravitate towards it. Only current gen console I own, besides my gaming PC, is the 3DS.

I've been looking into buying a next gen console. I've been leaning towards a PS4 because the exclusives are more varied (Playstation ones always have been to be fair) and most of my friends have one.

I'm doing a Sam and waiting on this Neo/4.5 announcement first though
