The LittleBigPlanet 2 demo was released yesterday. I'm a bit disappointed at how short it was (Only 3 levels which I blazed through) especially when compared with the first game's demo which featured the whole first world plus two Community levels. That said, the new game mechanics are interesting and the levels were very fun.

I downloaded the Mass Effect 2 demo, as well as Dead Space 2. Forgetting LBP2 in the process.

I can't wait for that game.

The Last Guardian. That's the name of the game with the insufferably cute giant bird-cat-dog that you just know is gonna get brutally killed, right?

Oh, they're also putting Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath on PSN. That means I'll have to buy Playstation Points or something, right?

Ah yes the last guardian, may have to get round to getting a PS3.

I'm looking forward to 3DS and the array of games that will bring as well as the two Zelda offerings (OOT 3D with non dated graphics and skyward sword)

I don't wanna have to buy a new DS. Stupid 3D, always ruining my fun.

I'm more excited at the alleged 8gb you can have on the cartridge

Can't wait for LittleBigPlanet 2, and the 3DS. Mega Man Legends 3, StarFox 64 and OOT in 3D, new Kid Icarus, Augmented Reality...so much possibility. It'll be awesome.

Ooh, and Pokemon Black/White. Forgot about that.

What I love about Black/White is you can't have any "old" pokemon until you've finished the elite four. That way it puts you on a neutral level and the intruige that was missing from peal and diamond

Really? He likes Donkey Kong, Zelda, Mario, etc. Sure, they might be a bit longer in the tooth as Nintendo franchises go, but Pokemon's still just as iconic.

I have been playing my SNES emulator quite a lot this passed week.

The original Donkey Kong Country really was/is an excellent game. How is it 16 years since it was released

I bought a copy of the game in the summer for £1 at a carboot sale

I had to get mine off eBay. Those mine cart riding sections were surprisingly difficult.
