Fusion Week 20!
Live at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey!
(Ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of LALAKERZ and WRESTLING V.1 we re-present Fusion! This is our first show writing together and we tried to make is extra special so we hope you like it!)
The opening video plays on the t.v. and titantron, to Fusion's theme song, "Fight Music" by D12. Cameras zoom around the arena, where a tremendous firework display shoots off at the stage, around the titantron, and from the ring posts shoot up pyro, too! "Fight Music" hits from the chorus, as the cameras roll around the whole arena to the 15,000+ screaming fans, to show signs such as "Sting is a sellout!" and “Carlito for PRES!”
J.R. - Welcome to Fusion ladies and gentlemen, we are live here in New Jersey! I am Jim Ross, with my colleague, Jerry "The King" Lawler... Take it King!
King: That’s right JR! Welcome everyone! We have a super packed show for you all tonight! But what about last week JR! Sting and Vince joined forces as one and screwed the Big Show! Sting made Show kiss Vince’s ass! That is disgusting JR!
JR: Correct king but one thing you can expect is the Big Show will be looking for sweet, sweet revenge!
“No Chance” hits and out comes Vince McMahon and Sting with a huge smile on their faces and the whole building is booing them!
Vince: Now listen up everyone! I know you are all mad about what happened last week on Fusion and I just want to say one thing and then leave. I just wanted to say “Who cares?” (Crowd Boo) Honestly, why would I care about the Big Show? He screwed me! And now I, no, no, WE screwed the Big Show! You see, Sting and I, all along, teaming with each other. Well. I just don’t care anymore. Here is Sting and I will be going now.
He starts to leave but then Sting holds Vince back.
Sting: Whoa Vince, hold on a minute. You know that it felt pretty damn good to screw Show! In fact, you kept raving on how you wanted to screw him over and over and over again!
Crowd laughs
Sting-Wow typical of you people to laugh at something so immature. Well I guess our work is done here, let’s take the night off shall we.
“Well it’s the Big Show” hits and out comes the Big Show and he stops at the top of the ramp.
Big Show: Well, well, well! Look who it is! Tweedle Dumb and tweedle dumber! Look no one, and I mean no one, screws around with me and gets away with it! Sting I want your ass and I want it now!
Sting: Oh yea?
Big Show: Yea!
Vince: Stop it you 2! Stop it right now! Big Show you won’t be facing Sting you know why? Because YOU’RE FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRED!!
Big Show: Actually no Vince! I am not fired! I am hired! By a man who used to be my manager! This man got me the WWE Championship and the ECW Championship! And he wasn’t allowed in this arena because about 10 or more officers were stopping him and his men! So I took them out! Ladies and gentlemen, the man who hired me to be in his team, I give to you, Paul Heyman!
“Extreme. Championship. Wre-wre-wre-wrestling!!” hits and out comes Paul Heyman with Y2J, RVD, Rhino, and the Dudley Boys!
Paul: Vinny, Vinny, Vinny! When will you learn to just lighten up a bit!
Vince: What the hell are you doing here? Security! Security! Somebody get down here now!
Paul: I don’t think so Vince, because thanks to this 500 pound monster, whom you have just fired, has taken out every single security officer in this building! So there is no stopping us now!!
Vince: This is my company, dammit! And with that Vince slowly backs out of the ring and through the crowd!
Paul: Aww, is Vince scared? Buh-bye... I'll be back! See ya!
They exit!
Big Show: So you me next week?
Sting: NO!!!
Big Show: I’ll be back! See ya! Hahahaha!
They all leave and then we see JR and King talk about what had just happened!
JR: Holy Mother of Pearl! King, I think that Paul Heyman has Mr. McMahon’s number!!
King: NO way man! This whole situation will blow off soon! I guarantee that to you! Anyways, let’s talk about more important news! Tonight our main event will be The World Heavyweight Champion, Kurt Angle, going one on one against the GOLDBERG!!
JR: Right and Goldberg has –
(JR gets cut off as we see that there a group of men standing over someone and EMT’s are out there helping the man. GM Carlito comes to the scene and sees that the man is Goldberg!)
GM Carlito: What the hell happened? Oh my god! Take him away! Oh Gosh, our main event is ruined! That's not cool!
JR: What? No, come on!
King: Wow that really is a big coincidence! Ouch!
GM Carlito nods his head, upset, tossing up his apple. He takes a bite and walks away, as we face to a commercial break.
*** Commercial Break ***
JR: We are back and Goldberg has been taken away to a medical facility!
King: Our Main event is ruined, J.R.!!
JR: Wait, what is this? I'm just receiving word from GM Carlito that Angle has chosen a new opponent for Chris Benoit!! Where it will be Chris Benoit vs. the International Champion, Booker T! And that will be our main event!
King: And that is going to be HUGE! But right now we have Bobby Lashley vs. Rey Mysterio!
A video package rolls on the long history between Bobby Lashley and the Undertaker!
* Bell Rings *
Lillian Garcia: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for 1 fall!
Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he comes out with his jumping pyro crap and the fans go wild as he enters the ring.
Lillian Garcia: Introducing 1st, making his way to the ring from San Diego, California, weighing in at 165 pounds, Rey Mysterrrio!
Lashley’s music hits and he comes out looking behind his shoulder for someone. He looks scared as the crowd boo’s him!
Lillian Garcia: And his opponent, from Colorado Springs, Colorado, weighing in at 273 pounds, Bobby Lashley!!
Lashley vs. Rey Mysterio
The Finish:
Rey Mysterio balances at the top rope, his body gently bouncing up and down, while his opponent rolls over from his back to all fours. Rey jumps down and hits a leg drop on the back of Lashley's neck, driving his face into the canvas with full force. Mysterio quickly rises and Lashley meets him at his feet. Rey takes a big step toward Lashley with a big right hand winding up. Rey makes contact with Lashley's face and sweat splashes off his bald head, whipping back. Lashley falls back against the ropes (not corner) and Rey runs back off the parallel side and hops up in the air, throwing his body sideways at Lashley for a suicide move. Lashley catches him between his legs and under his neck, and bends his knees and gets into a nice athletic stance. Lashley bends his knees more and suddenly his legs spring up, tossing Rey over the top rope, behind him. Rey crashes hard on the floor outside, rolling up against the ring barrier, the ref gets into his counting position.
1.......2.....Lashley slowly goes under the top rope, to exit the ring
The ref grabs Lashley and demands he stay in the ring, and Lashley's finger pops up right in the ref's face. The ref takes a step back and Lashley turns around to Rey who grabs his foot. Lashley grasps the top rope with both hands, and stomps on Rey's hands. Lashley drops to the ground and rolls out of the ring. He gives a big right hand to Rey, followed by another... Rey drops to one knee and tries to retaliate with a light punch to the gut. Lashley gets a grip behind Rey's shoulder and shoves him into the ringpost, face first. Rey bounces off into a shoulder block by Lashley. The ref throws his hands in the air for 8, and Lashley rolls under the bottom rope to break the count. After exiting the ring, Lashley keeps the heavy attack on Rey, with a couple stomps to the gut. Lashley lifts the top portion of the steel steps off, slowly, and turns around towards Rey with them up high. Rey drops to a push up sort of position, and places his legs, once in front and one behind Lashley's. He trips Lashley, who lands head first on the steps he has in hand. Rey hops up on the ring apron. The second Lashley gets to his feet, Rey pushes off with his legs and hops down with a Double Axe Handle. Lashley ducks it and Rey crashes into the ring barrier. Lashley capitalizes by lifting Rey and body slamming him right on the remaining bottom 1/2 of the ring steps.
Lashley lifts Rey and shoves him in the ring, and goes in himself. Lashley covers Rey and the ref drops and counts, 1.......2......Rey gets his foot on the bottom rope as the crowd explodes with joy. Lashley's eyes begin to bulge and he taunts, signalling for Rey to rise. Lashley sets up for the spear, but not in his usual manner followed by an irish whip (like Goldberg's spear). Rey rises and turns around and Lashley runs for it. Rey hops and brings both legs up to his sides, jumping over Lashley, who crashes shoulder first into the ring post. Rey runs and hits a jumping back kick, knocking Lashley down on his ass in the corner!! Rey taunts, and he goes for it... Mysterio nails the Bronco Buster, bouncing up and down, up and down! Mysterio gets to the top rope and when Lashley rises, he hits a Moonsault on Lashley, knocking him down. Mysterio's body facing the opposite way of Lashley's, he hooks the leg.
1.............2.....Lashley manages to kick out!
Rey signals for the 619! The crowd goes crazy when Lashley rises and Rey drop kicks him from behind, setting him up for it! Rey bounces off the ropes and nails a 619! Mysterio hops onto the top rope and springboards down onto Lashley, who not only counters, but nails a power slam of his own. Lashley lifts Rey up and irish whips him. Lashley bolts toward Rey, going for the running powerslam.
But to everyone's surprise, the lights go off...…Suddenly, blue lights gently light up the arena! Lashley puts Rey down and looks around looking very scared! Lashley heads towards the steel steps when suddenly, a lighting bolt comes down and strikes the steps he was just a couple off feet away from! Lashley falls on his ass and gets back up in the center of the ring... And then a DONG!
The Undertaker: Bobby Lashley. You thought you can get rid of the Deadman! But then slowly but surely you found out that just like everyone else, that there is no possible way to kill someone that is already dead! But there is one way that you can get rid of me, once and for all! You…me…Hands On…a REST IN PEACE MATCH! Where the loser must rest in peace…forever! In the next 3 weeks, I will announce 1 match that might be a possibility for our match, each getting worse by the week... haha! At the end of the three weeks, the fans of Fusion will pick the match in which out Rest In Peace match will be contested under! The 1st stipulation that comes to mind, is a Casket Match! At Hands ON…Bobby Lashley…You will REST…IN…PEACE!!
The lights go back on but then a lightning bolt hits the center of the ring right in front of Lashley and Lashley runs out of the ring looking scared and everything!
1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10!!!
The Bell rings!
Lillian Garcia- Here is your winner by count-out... Rey Mysterio!
JR: Wow King, I have never seen an intense match like that! It had everything included two scary as hell lightning bolts!
King: I am still shocked by what just happened! At Hands On…it will be a first ever, loser Rests in Peace! It will be The Undertaker vs. Bobby Lashley in a: Casket Match or 1 of 2 different matches, which the Deadman has yet to announce in coming weeks!
JR: Exactly King! And I am sure that the Deadman will choose matches where the loser never comes back!
King: Right, and later on tonight, we will witness brutal matches! Like, Matt Hardy versus Christian! That should be intense! And the Women’s champion, Mickie James, taking Victoria! And our main event, Chris Benoit vs. Booker –
(JR is cut off again as we now see the backstage parking lot where Booker T has been taken out!)
King: Whoa JR! What will happen now? Not again! We have no main event!
(We go backstage again and we see GM Carlito arrive at the scene and he is standing next to the fallen Booker T!) ]
GM Carlito: That’s it! I have had enough of this! I will get to the bottom of this!
(Somewhere else in the building)
They show a hall way and the wall way has hardly any light. Vince McMahon is show walking around looking around to see if anyone is following him. He starts to walk backwards because he thinks he sees someone. He backs up and bumps into someone. The person ends up being Paul Heyman and he is with the Dudley Boys.
Paul: Hey Vinny!
Vince: Not... Hold on, please!
Paul: Bubba, D-Von, do your thing.
Bubba and D-Von each grab one arms of Vince’s. Paul Heyman punches Vince in the gut! Vince quickly falls down and kicks Heyman in the leg and runs off!
D-Von: Boss, are you ok?
Paul: I’m fine! This won’t be the last time he sees me tonight!
*** Commercial ***
“I spit in the face of people who don’t wanna be cool” hits and out comes the General Manager of Fusion, Carlito!”
GM Carlito: Now listen up! I know what has been going on and I don’t like it one bit! So I want both Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit out here this instance!
Benoit’s music hits and he enters the ring and then Angle’s music hits and then he comes into the ring as well!
GM Carlito: Now listen you two! I know for a fact that Kurt Angle took out Goldberg! And Benoit took out Booker T! So this is what is going to happen!! It will be a man that Kurt Angle chooses and a man that Chris Benoit chooses and they will be facing each other in a one on one match! Now choose your men, right now!
Benoit: That's easy, I choose none other than the Big Red Machine and a better champion than Kurt Angel
Angle: It’s Kurt ANGLE!! YOU TOOTHLESS FREAK!
Chris Benoit: Ok, back to business, I choose Kane!! (Crowd Goes Wild!)
Angle: Fine, then I will choose a man better than that ugly, burnt, face freak! I choose, I choose, Batista!! Yea! Haha!
Benoit: Haha, Batista? Ok Batista!
GM Carlito: Ok now the both of you get out of my face now! Go on to the next match!
They all leave as Mickie James’ music hits as she walks down jumping and everything!
Lillian Garcia: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Making her way to the ring, she is the Women’s Champion, Mickie James!
“Victoria’s music hits and she comes out to boos and she looks deranged!”
Lillian: And her opponent, Victoria!
***Commercial Break***
(Non-Title) Mickie James (C) vs. Victoria
The Finish:
Victoria puts Mickie in a side headlock! Mickie tries to run away but then Victoria pulls her down and then she gets up again and then Victoria pulls her down again! Mickie reverses that and puts Victoria in a leg choke hold! (Both her legs are surrounding Victoria, she is trying to choke her.) Victoria quickly reverses that by jumping on Mickie getting only a 1 count. Victoria goes back to pin Mickie and then she somehow stands up with Victoria still on her and kicks her in the gut. And Mickie delivers a backslide pin, but Victoria kicks out after 2!
Mickie has Victoria in a side arm lock and runs towards the rope and is about to deliver the Stratus-faction but Victoria gets released and she throws Mickie to the ropes. Mickie comes running back and hits a clothesline! Mickie waits for Victoria to get up and she runs to the ropes and then Victoria picks her up but Mickie is unaffected by doing a cartwheel! Mickie then delivers a devastating Head Scissors! She is choking Victoria with both her legs! She now puts Victoria’s head on the mat (still with her feet on her neck) and the referee counts 1…2…but Victoria kicks out! She tries to do that again but Victoria jumps up (like HBK and The Rock do) and she is finally free from the hold of Mickie!
Victoria knee kicks Mickie in the gut! Victoria picks her up by pulling her hair. Victoria brings her to the ropes and throws her on the opposite ropes but Mickie blocks it by doing an arm drag takedown!. Victoria blocks that but then Mickie kicks her directly to the face. Mickie tries to go for a clothesline but then Victoria bends down to throw Mickie over but Mickie spins in the middle of the air and throws Victoria down by her knees. Victoria is holding her back and then stands up quickly and is in the corner of the ring. Mickie then kicks her in the stomach in a corner. Mickie stands over Victoria by going on the 2nd turnbuckle. She is about to deliver the sun-set flip but Victoria slams her down from the 2nd turnbuckle!
She kicked her hard on the skull! She pins Mickie 1…2… but no Mickie kicks out! She tries to pin her again but Mickie kicks out again! Victoria picks Mickie up by her hair and throws her across the ring by the roots of her hair. Victoria now kicks Mickie on her head. Victoria picks Mickie up and the crowd’s chanting for Mickie. Mickie kicks Victoria in the gut and starts punching Victoria on the cheekbone. Mickie goes to deliver the Mick Kick but Victoria ducks and scoops Mickie up and pins her
1…2…3!!
Lillian Garcia: Here is your winner, Victoria!
King: Whoa JR, hot and strong! My type of woman!
JR: Oh King, would you stop it!
King: Ok now that is over let’s talk about our main event, Kane vs. Batista! My vote is going to Batista!
JR: But we don’t even know that Batista would even compete for Angle! Angle and Batista don’t get along!
(Backstage)
Batista: Look Angle! I hate your guts! Why on earth would I work for you! You are the enemy! You hold that title! (He points to Angle’s title)
Angle: Exactly Batista! Think about it! After Hands On! Kurt Angle, still the World Heavyweight Champion! (Crowd Boo) and Batista…AWE Champion! (Crowd Cheer)
Batista: And how would I be able to become the AWE Champion where I am not even in the match!?!?!
Angle: Exactly! If you beat Kane, the AWE Champion, then you get an automatic title shot at Hands On! And you are ten times better than JBL and Brock Lesnar and Kane! So come on, it is a win-win situation! It is a win for you because you will become the next AWE Champion and a win for me too. Whatya say?
Batista: You got a point! (Crowd Boo as Angle starts to leave) Hey, hey (Batista pulls him back) Angle wait a minute! I just want you to know that I couldn’t give a damn about you! (Crowd Cheer) I am not doing this for you! I couldn’t care less if a diva beats you! I just want to put you on notice that I am doing this for me! For my benefit! And when I beat Kane tonight, I will go on to Hands On and become the next, AWE Champion! (Crowd Cheer as Batista walks off!)
JR: Wow King, Kane vs. Batista tonight! It is official! And it will be one hell of a match!
King: And coming up next, Essa Rios goes one on one with Chris Masters!
***Commercial***
We are back to Fusion and we see Christian and Jeff Hardy in their locker room talking about tonight’s match, Matt Hardy vs. Christian!
Christian: Heh! Tonight’s match will be the easiest match I have ever witnessed. Not to be too cocky, but finally I get my chance at Matt Hardy! I might have had the chance before but I feel that by the end of tonight Matthew will be nothing but a has-been!
Jeff: Listen Christian, like it or not, Matt is my brother. We are blood! Yes he does deserve an ass kicking of a lifetime, but we share the same exact blood. So do me a favor... Go out there and pin that backstabber's ass, 1.......2.....3! Don't do anything too serious...
Christian: I can’t promise you anything but I can promise you one thing, I will be walking out of here as the victor!
