Mustang Sally
Sells seashells by the seashore
Adrian Adonis. I have vague memories of watching this guy when I was a kid. He played a 300 pound gay man who hosted a segment called "The Flower Shop." His routine was funny as hell and couldn't even be shown on TV today because of political correctness and the certainty that some people would go into spasms of outrage if they saw it.
But Adonis was intentionally funny as he gave a playful rendition of a wrestler with a gay lifestyle. He was always a heel and always over-the-top with his portrayal.
Look at the picture and tell me he wasn't trying to be funny. If the ridiculous body, eye makeup and flowers on his trunks don't convince you, then I wish I had a picture of when he came to wrestle in a dress.
