Count Olaf was clinical as hell...should probably slot him into my team...

I thought he was brilliant. Got a feeling he will lose his place to Rooney but that would be unfair.
That is a hell of a leap, fair play to Carroll.

Rooney should come in for Young or Milner.
It's tempting to have Walcott start after his performance the other night, but I think not having him as an impact sub may remove the sheer differential in pace that caused him to be so fresh and effective. As to who I was more impressed with the other night, it was probably Caroll over Welbeck, but I don't know if he'll be as consistent.
I'd also want to keep Milner on the right as that seems to be his best position by far. Keep Gerrard as the central mid as he has the all-round game to cross intothe box of run through when necessary.
That said, I'd perhaps want to play a 4-4-2 with Rooney and Welbeck up front, and Gerard, Milner, Parker and OX/Young supporting. That leaves Caroll to sub for Welbeck and Walcott to replace either winger if necessary, and if he doesn't otherwise start. If not, have ox as the sub.I' not terribly content with the several defence after last night but I don't know what to suggest.
P.S., looking at the charts, betting on Germany pays.
