Yeah, that's bullshit. Relapse was more than decent. Eminem is good, great even. Not "Artist of teh Decade" though, I'm afraid. Though I'm sure Xfear can reassure me if he is.

To all of you complaining about Nickelback, kindly shut the fuck up. While I hate their untalented asses as much as anyone, no other band has been as successful as they have in the United States. You can't deny that. Of the 11 songs on the "All the Right Reasons" album (and yes, I did have to look that up), 7 of them were released as singles, with 5 of them reaching a Top 5 position on a US chart, and all of them reaching the Top 10.

Nah. The 90s, sure, but not this decade. Hip hop wise? Shit, that's a tough one, you're going to have to give me a few minutes, but I know it sure as fuck isn't Eminem. As much as I'm not a fan of Kanye's current work, he'd have an argument, he was all over the fucking place this passing decade. Talent wise would be hard as fuck to decide on. I might just go with a veteran like Raekwon or something.

I think we do need to have this discussion. I'm not sure you could go with Raekwon in this regard. Speaking of which, we never did our 2000-2009 decade thing in the hip hop thread. This may need to be done at some point in the very very near future.
Slim Shady LP, Marshall Mathers LP, and Eminem Show all came out in the last decade. I'll take those three albums against any other rappers 3 from this decade.
