After being interrupted by the EBS during Letterman, I came to wonder... Why does the EBS run tests every week, and why do they do it during times when people may be awake? Why not do them at like four in the morning?

That beeping sound still scares the shit out of me.

Yeah, same. But it's still really freaky when you're watching Letterman, and then it cuts to some black people dancing around, and then to the test.

Yeah. It cuts to WGN here. I'll be watching Family Guy or some shit and all of a sudden I'm watching some radio show. Pisses me off.
