Believes in The Shield!
It's been so blatantly obvious for the past few months, basically since the day Shane and Stephanie started appearing on Television together. Whether the brand split was going to happen or not, the lines were drawn in the sand. Dean Ambrose is joining the Authority... or at least joining Stephanie. With the way they go back and forth with the banter like a married couple, with the constant reminder that he wasn't Roman Reigns, with the constant shots at his manhood... it's only blatantly obvious that Dean Ambrose and Stephanie McMahon have been growing closer and closer to a partnership. And with Triple H seemingly nowhere to be seen, and Seth Rollins now just keeping it "business only" with Stephanie, it's become more and more apparent that Dean is joining Stephanie.
And let's say he does go to Smackdown. Let's say he loses at Battleground, and the champion isn't dual branded. That's still and obvious set up for his heel turn. Why? Because he'll be bitter. Bitter that there isn't a chance to get back the World title he desperately deserves. Bitter that he (possibly) wasn't pinned to lose his title. Bitter that there isn't a world title to even compete for. Bitter that Roman Reigns got off with a slap on the wrist while he had to scrape and claw his way to the top. And bitter that he'll have to do it again.
And finally, keep in mind that Dean Ambrose said he'd do whatever it took to keep his title. And if that means aligning with Stephanie, who's to say he wouldn't do it?
