CM PUNK debut?

He has been cutting promos and i want to see him in ring for the WWE. So does anyone have any info on when this is going to ocurr?

i wish he or Moore would wrestle tonight. i'm sure we're going to see a couple of ECW guys get squashed by the likes of Mike Knox or some other loser, Kelly's "expose", a Sabu match end in a DQ and then a 20 minute Kane/Big Show borefest

they should feud Punk & Shannon Moore together and really let them wrestle. I always wanted them to feud in ROH but Moore was only there for a few matches. They have a style that wouldd work together I think.

Also, hell yes @ "Classic" Colt Cabana being offered a developmental contract. Colt Cabana has equally as much of a chance as C.M. Punk as far as being a future champion is concerned. Now all we need is for Ace Steel to be signed and the Second City Saints will ride again, this time in ECW.

Man, I just watched CM Punk & Colt Cabana vs. The Briscoes. That was a great match and from that match alone I am amped to see the Punker debut next week.

C.M. Punk's probably going to use his arsenal that he's had in OVW. That includes The Anaconda Vice as his finisher, along with a double underhook backbreaker, and the shining wizard amongst other moves.

C.M. Punk looked great in his debut, and there was a promo before the commercial break before C.M. Punk's match.

C.M. Punk's seems to have been watching some KENTA tapes, as that kick combo he used looked VERY similiar to KENTA's, but I won't complain, and that shining knee in the corner was something Samoa Joe would be, and probably is proud of.

Overall, great debut.

Upon watching the match again due to the wonders of DVR, I believe that was a ROH chant. Unless I'm thinking of a different point in the match.

Edit: I did hear a faint overrated chant during the Samoa Joe esque Shining Knee in the corner.

I heard ROH, but maybe I was just hyping myself out. I think the front page of ECW.com should be the shot of CM Punk standing in the ring with that fan holding the sign "I paid to see CM Punk" in the background....if I knew how to take screen captures of movies I would do it myself

I think after this debut, WWE cannot deny the talent of C.M. Punk. How many independant talents have came into WWE to that kind of a reaction?

People weren't chanting his name just because of a few vignettes.

As I've said time and time again. C.M. Punk will be a future world heavyweight champion in WWE (though he's already a former world heavyweight champion after holding the ROH world heavyweight championship).
