wow...you know what? you truely have to be wondering how Mr.Mcmahon feels right now. Eddies memorial wasnt even this big, and now Vince is giving his three hours to the crippler. That shows some major guilt. However they died at least he's in a better place now.

in my opinion the police are only investigating it as a homocide because they dont have a clue (yet) what happened.

You're exactly right. They can't determine carbon monoxide poisoning on site. They need to do tests to see whether it was poison, drugs, carbon monoxide, etc. Only thing they can determine is if it were gunshot wounds which they said it wasnt. Plus, the fact that 3 people died all at once, they are ruling out suicide.

A very sad day for all Wrestling fans, especially those in Canada as Benoit was born in Montreal Canada, and spent many years in Sherwood Park near Edmonton Alberta Canada as well. I remember seeing him on the streets of Edmonton occassionally in 2000, and he was a really nice person outside of the ring.

He will be deeply missed by all of his fans. I sincerely hope that WWE IMMEDIATELY ceases and desists the McMahon "death" storyline, and break Kayfabe, by having Vince make an appearance to commerorate Benoit, explain how that story was a work and to apologize for that. We have lost many wrestlers in the past few years...we do not need any fake deaths.

RIP Benoit, and my heart goes up to his surviving family.

Speaking as a COP and as a DETECTIVE from Atlanta and someone who has worked just a few murders... I think there was some foul play. I am not blaming Benoit, his wife, or anyone. But this just doesn't make sense. One person doesn't leave work, rush home for an emergency, then all three end up dead by accident.

My friend and I were huge fans of Chris's work. When I found out that he, and his wife and son were dead, I cried. He was and will still be a famous wrestler who is widely known for his acrobatic's and in-ring style. Chris Benoit will be in my heart always. As I speak, I am praying for him that him and his family are on their to heaven. They only deserve the best. I hope the Benoit family looks for only the best in their loved one and the career that he loved to do. To Chris's family, I pay my dearest respect to you all. I know how it feels to lose a loved one. May god be with you all! My sincerest apologies and hopes for the entire Benoit family.

There were no gun shot wounds!! What did someone tie them all up and force them to drink poison...then afterwards untie them and flee the scene? It's all weird. The carbon monoxide poisoning is the most accurate thus far.

i wouldnt take the murder suicide news froma new poster but thats jsut me. Either carbonmonoxide or natural gas leak. i work in the home building industry and ther are quite a few things that if not done perfectly right can lead to a tragendy, reports of their house was new makes me think that maby some fittings on gas line were not seald properly but all we can do now is speculate.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. - WWE wrestler Chris Benoit, his wife and son were found dead Monday and police said they were investigating the deaths as a homicide.

Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department said the three were found at their home about 2:30 p.m., but refused to release details.

Pope said results of autopsies on Benoit, his wife Nancy, and 7-year-old son Daniel were expected Tuesday.

Do you honestly think he went home because his wife and kid were sick due to carbon monoxide poisoning and he didn't call 911?? Do you think he just sat there with them and got sick himself??

So what are you saying? Chris Benoit flew home on a plane because his family was sick...then proceded to KILL them with poison. Did they willingly take this poison? Did they just sit there as he stuck a needle in them or something? There doesnt seem to be any announcements of foul play...doesn't seem like anyone was tied up. I think you're just a moron. I won't say I told you so when we find out what it is.....actually, I will.

It was briefly mentioned as an update on the story before moving on to another headline. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to believe me being the new member and all, but that's not important now. Hopefully these details will be updated soon to erase any doubt in this tragic story.

I'm a new member too, but if you don't have a source that is easily checked, it's very hard to believe, especially in a situation like this.
