Fuck all of you who bitched about this. If someone is proud of their thread let them be proud. If they do it for a shit thread, they open themselves up for ridicule. It's a double edged sword, and on either account, you get entertained.

I dare you to tell me why it is bad to promote a thread you've made, or one you've read. It drives traffic to a thread, which is never a bad fucking thing.
