I love Scott Hall, but he never truly cracked the top tier. Cena on the other hand... Cena wins.

Hey yo, while Scott Hall is a wrestling legend and one of the absolute biggest names of the late 90's, he hasn't even had a fraction of the success that Cena has had. At the end of the day, Hall is a glorified upper midcard guy. John Cena, on the other hand, is a bonafide mega star who has carried the WWE for well over a decade. His time at the top, however, does look to be at an end. That's a discussion for another day.
