Fujinami is a sufficiently international name to have gone in the WWE hall of fame, but I don't believe that he would beat Funk. Saying that Funk was not just the old man with a chainsaw is pretty cliched by now, but it's still true. A decorated world champion and international star for decades, Funk would win here.

Tatsumi Fujinami was a reliable war horse with All Japan and the WWWF in the 70's and 80's. Held the WWWF Jr. Heavyweight Championship for a spell. However, Funk was a lunatic in the ring. He would go strong against Fujinami, and win this in 3 minutes. Funk for the win.

To highball Tatsumi just for the sake of the match up there is a decent chance the two could have had a double count out. With that being said you could just take a glance at Terry Funk's list of great matches, memorable moments, and accolades and be easily convinced he is walking out of this on top. You'd really have to be specific to put Tatsumi over funk here, but overall it's Terry for sure.
