Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day

Did the sausage mcmuffin thing again today. they finally got it right at the new spot when I ask to toast it dark.

Smoked bacon, a large free range egg (fried in the same pan), baked beans, and wholemeal toast, with a cup of PG Tips (no sugar, little milk).

Cinnamon and raisin bagel with crispy bacon and cream cheese.

It's a new one, but a good one.

Bump!

Smart and simple way to go. I like it. Had leftover chicken wings and macaroni salad to start the day. Hits the spot after a night of poker.

How in the hell does this thread keep coming back?

Yesterday morning I bought an omelet from the farmer's market down the street. It was HUGE; I got about 3 meals out of it. It didn't look pretty, but few things made on the spot with organic foods do... It had about 8 eggs, cheddar and feta cheese, onions, broccoli, red and green peppers, ham, potatoes and chicken. All local ingredients that were being sold in the market itself.

Came with a Mexican Coke, a blueberry muffin and a tortilla, all for about $14.

Why oh why would you fuck up a perfectly good bagel with raisins and cinnamon!? The bacon and cheese is the right way to go though.

These were American style bagels; this is me being multi-cultural.

I never want to see chicken wings again after Monday. A friend from London took us to Nando's, complained to the manager because he got offended when he saw two waitresses hugging, and we were compensated with 20 free wings, even though we'd already eaten everything.

A sandwich and tea.

Don't be boring now, what was the filling?!

A strawberry jam/jelly/whatever sandwich and a cup of orange juice slightly diluted with water.

Jam.

I personally enjoy my morning routine of eating a breakfast bowl (bacon, cheese, eggs, potato, and hot sauce added after it's cooked) while reading new posts in my section. That's basically been my how my mornings have gone before work for several months now.

Eggs and ham in a bolillo and regular ol' coffee. I forgot to heat up the bread and it's blah.

I'm guessing a bolillo is some kind of sandwich?

What's a breakfast bowl? May seem like a stupid question, but I have an image of you pouring milk over the top of all that as if it were cereal. And then telling yourself that it's still healthy because it's still cereal. Do they have Meaty Pebbles as well as the fruity ones?

EDIT: Just realised that both of you are from Texas. That's one of the 'anything goes' states, isn't it? You could probably eat a whole wedding cake for breakfast and no one would bat an eyelid.

I actually hate milk. All I pour on these bowls is hot sauce. It's basically the ingredients of a breakfast burrito in a bowl that you buy from Wal-Mart for like a dollar, then you microwave it and it's ready. Cheap and easy breakfast that tastes great.

I'm honestly scrawny, I'm barely at 150 and I'm 6 foot tall. I did go to school with some guys who ate like crazy though.
