Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day

The job's got the pic blocked, bro. What's the deal?

Went McD's this morning for breakfast, just posting the evidence. Actually not bad. Coffee is shite though.

Well you know I'm not a coffee drinker. Take sips of the wife's iced coffee, but its all the same to me. Moms used to love McD's coffee though.

Coffee addict mate. But not that weak warm brown piss I was tortured with.

Still, I survived my first Sausage & Egg McMuffin, so you can sleep well again my friend.

Nice. The muffins are supposed to be lower in calories, but lately I've been on the biscuits w/egg kick.

Oh yeah, I forgot biscuits are different in the UK. This is an example of the US version. Usually made with buttermilk, they're quite tasty depending where you get them, but can be very fattening. McD's and joints like Burger King use them for breakfast sandwiches, and they are served as a bread side at most fried chicken joints.

I see, I see. Seems like they're a savoury version of what we call scones.

One of my flatmates is from Boston, and I want to slap him sometimes for some of the names he has for things.

Soda, do you get Irn Bru where you live? My breakfast for my second last year of school was a tin of that and at least one Kinder Bueno. Worth a try, if only to suffer a sugar rush and subsequent crash half an hour into a French lesson.

Yeah we do, Dowds, but it is seen as a very Scottish thing for some reason :p

Remember it being 19p a tin in my local cornershop. Those were the days. That and Barr Shandy. Delish.

You've got me thinking of Orange WKDs now.

Ah yes, the 'Iron Brew' WKD. I know that well too. Not at breakfast though, unless it's been an all-night affair and need something to replace the normal OJ.

This thread made me try McDonald's for breakfast for the first time. Maybe it can convince me to replace my Mark Henry coffees with alcopops too.

Had ihop for breakfast today, got the stuffed strawberry french toast which had some creme filling inside. Also came with bacon, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. Bacon was pretty bad to be honest but minus it everything was good.

Now this is where my imperial arrogance comes in when I say that the Brits do bacon better.

Despite my initial, early attempts to derail this thread, I've grown to appreciate this thread's insight into the nuances of the most important meal.

Knew it would only be a matter of time.

You're getting mad repped these days, Soda. Anyway, had a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant from Dunkin Donuts. Good times.

Well technically inside. Its a sandwich. Definitely a different taste than the McMuffin.
