Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day

This morning I had Ahi tuna with asparagus, a Margherita pizza, Chicken Parm With triple-extra chicken, a full bowl of parpadelle bolognese, and to top things off, a slice of cheesecake.

Then I F5'ed my wife.

Was just thinking of this thread yeasterday as I did my weekly shop. Picked up some eggs. I had plans, guys. Big plans. Ate a fucking bowl of Cookie Crisp instead. I'm a disgrace.

Diety Sodes has a super hot wife, and needs to be ready to go at any moment. Plus, with only half a colon, he has to put in more food to get some to come out.

I'm double bothered by the cooke crisp cause I'm trying to cut down on sugar. When I compare the idea of Cookie Crisp to a scrambled egg, toast and asparagus and baby sweetcorn meal... I just feel like such a fool.

Been eating bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits from McDonald's everyday. Then come home to two bowls of Golden Grahams.

Lucky Charms again for me. Found a place online that sells them cheap enough to buy in the UK, so when I've got them in my house, they're my regular breakfast.

The oreo version is devine but expensive as fuck.

To make up for yesterday mornings kebab i had all bran this morning, lots of all bran. Now we play the waiting game..............

Opted for Wild Berry; there is at least some vestige of fruit involved.

And what can I say to ye other than good luck...

I took the "all bran challenge" recently. Christ, it's voluntary Diarrhea. The bran is just in my press for balance... One bowl a week. Can't eat the all bran product though, its Bran Flakes for me.

With the heat these days I'm having a light breakfast and a fruit smoothie I buy at the local gym. I'm not even a member. They put some honey in the smoothy... It is delicious.

I really ought to have lost weight with all the salad and water I've been gorging on during this heatwave/summer weather. Alas, no dice.

Keep at it Soda. I need to hit my fitness center for a while. Can't take my dog for walks due to a injury in one of his legs. Sucks man cause he enjoys them, and we're both trying to lose some poundage.

Lowdown and Diet, just try to cut back on your sugar and carbohydrate intake. I did it and I lost 5 pounds in a month doing so. You guys will do it, keep your heads up! :)
Sorry to hear about your dog too; may he/she get better.

For my breakfast, I usually eat 3 bowls of cereal. A really delicious cereal in the name of Kellogg's Crunchy Nut. It is highly recommended and insanely appetizing!

Thanks man. Say, is Crunchy Nut the same thing as what Kellogg's had back in the day called Nut N Honey Crunch? Flakes, peanuts, frosted in honey?
