Book This! - General Discussion

@GCB, lol. Happy to help out man. Hope everyone thinks that those graphics I made are great. Hope they're good enough for your awesome thread man.

@GrandSword, thanks for the PM.

@everyone else. Hmm, should I start a new thread or should I just continue my ECW thread now but with different everything? But I do kinda wanna start a new thread because I'm feeling that I want to start a fiction company like Sign Guy. But idk, we'll see. I feel like I've taken a lot of space in this place. Lol, sorry. But anyway, graphic help, you know where to go :D

I wish I had my computer so I could get started on my next show. Ideas were flowing like crazy and I have a tendency of losing paper, so writing them down is useless.

I have an a5 notebook I keep in my backpack for the train to and from work. I write down my ideas in it when they start flowing. I recommend that Theo as I always know where it is and I can type it up when I get spare time.

How well do you guys think this would go over?

I use to have a pretend federation on the wrestling game called WWF: No Mercy for the N64 when I was younger. I created several custom wrestlers and put them in matches. I made cards for PPVs and went through each one.

Would a federation in the "Book This!" section that contains wrestlers that no one else knows go over well. What if I wrote bios and gave back story to all of my past events and built the characters before doing the fed?

I don't know... I just want want to revive and share something I had so much fun with, but I'm not sure if people would be able to be as interested in the fed as I would be because of the lack of knowing any of the superstars.

I think it would work Kermit if you do it right. A good chunk of backstory and character developmental would be needed and it would definitely be something unique here.

I'd follow it sounds awesome. As long as you gave backstory on all of your characters I think it could work.

BT'ers! How's it going?

TNA iMPACT! Wrestling Matters latest episode is now available

Petey Williams on the back of possibly ending Kurt Angle's career demands a ppv match from TNA Founder Jarrett... and he dleivers.

RVD wants a warm up match before his World title match and the AJ Styles takes on Chris Sabin to get momentm into the Tag Title match at Sacrifice.

All this and more!

@Kermit: The key would be the backstory and the biographies. I feel like my knowledge of wrestling holds me back from believing in ideas in BT at times so I'd love to read your idea!

New graphics for my BT - made by Jam. What do we think? Better Peep?!!

Hey BTers! I've posted "Just a typical, average RAW" just to see what you guys think.. I was going to put it in the showcase thread like I did my PWGP idea but I thought I'd give it a bit more exposure. It's a boderline parody of what I think is going on in the WWE right now, but I've tried to be as "serious" as possible with the main key segments.

In any case writing my ppv isn't as fun as writing shows.. so as I procastinated I wrote it up and thought I would let you guys see what you think. All comments are welcome and would love to get your thoughts on it.. maybe even ideas or what you think WWE is doing "wrong/right" at the moment and how that can be incorporated...

Cheers

My next Smackdown is still coming I guess. Haven't had the chance to write anything for the last two weeks. I could get some done tonight but with Gears of War 3 just moments away from being in my hands, I doubt it.

I'm pondering starting my show tonight. A big 3 hour Raw, its just getting the motivation to do so. I have most of it planned in my head so I have that going for me.

So I've decided that I'm going to post the Superstars results in my main thread with summaries of matches. That way you can get a better insight as to what is going on there and potentially a glimpse of guys who may appear in the future on my show regularly. I'm also considering doing a Raw only NXT, but I'm not sure that'll hold much interest.

Hey BT'ers! Since I don't have a thread right now, and currently working on a new one, I'd do something else to contribute to the thread. What do you guys think of me making a Book This magazine? Much like the one we have but different with one issue having maybe 4 pages or something. I might not be caught up with your shows so maybe I'll PM you and ask what's going on in your BT right now.

So yeah, what do you guys think? Wonder who's BT will be the front cover for the first issue ;)

I've always enjoyed the BT Magazine. And with kingdirrtysouth being hit or miss as to when he is on it might be nice to have an active one. I say go for it Jammy.
