Ok, I'm going to go against the grain on this one and say that I don't really feel that Ashley's lack of skill in the ring is her fault. It was WWE's decision to put her straight to television rather than sending her to OVW. It would have been a much wiser choice to have done that but, as with many other things, the WWE would rather get quick results rather than good results. I would also like to say that I see no reason why Ashley, given the proper training, wouldn't be able to hold her own as one of the top wrestling divas in the company. God knows she has the build for it. That girl has some serious muscle definition. On top of that, what I have seen from her on Smackdown lately, she is giving a valid attempt to get better which is a hell of a lot more than I can say about Torrie Wilson and several of the other "eye candy" divas. My opinion on the matter, give the girl some time and see what happens with her. If the higher-ups ever give her the opportunity to improve I think would more than jump on the opportunity. Look at Trish Stratus. When she first came into wrestling she had no talent whatsoever and she retired a couple of months ago holding the record for most Women's Championship reigns in WWE history and being called by many, the greatest Women's Champion of all time. I say give the girl some time. At least she's putting some effort forward.
