I watched the replay of the match.
It's true that everyone says that Jeff is high in every match.
But this time? There was considerable evidence to make that assumption.
- He definitely missed a few steps in his entrance, both on the ramp and up the steps.
- There was one point where his eyes REALLY looked glazed, as though he was stoned.
- When Jeff and Sting went for the first lock up after his t-shirt tease, he hardly had any kind of defense up.
I'm trying not to make any assumptions. I want the facts. But I am very upset. I really have hope for TNA, and shit like this makes it very, very hard to defend TNA against the haters. Unless this is a very well done work, TNA really really needs to break character and apologize to their fans for this bullshit. If that wasn't a part of the show, then they need to not act like it was a part of show and come up with some kind of cover up bullshit, because I don't think you have to be a part of the IWC to know that what happened in that match was bullshit.
PS: Scratch that, even if it was a part of the show, they need to apologize. There is no reason for the main event to be like that. Period.
