A Very Regal Three Hour RAW: King Of The Ring LD - 11/29/10

Say what you want. The main event put over the announce team in the ring at the expense of the Champion. This is why people are not excited about the Miz as champ. The fluke heel champion after MITB has been beaten to death and hasn't been interesting since it was overdone to the point of ruining Edge. How anyone sees that segment as not confirming Miz is being booked as a fluke champion is beyond me.

Everything is beyond you. you don't know what good wrestling is.

Don't say that, it's too logical. Who cares if it's spot on, Miz-haters will deny it and give you shit.

I'm one of the haters. :lmao: I'm arguing that he appeared weak in the match against the Miz marks that keep saying he don't. I really don't mind him appearing weak now.

Marky-Marc said:
No it's not the point. It's because the heel wants to cheat to win to ensure that he wins IN CASE ANYTHING GOES WRONG, LIKE GOING THROUGH A TABLE.

So that means the heel knows he is not good enough to win the match legit. Way to argue against your point.

way to take everything I said WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY out of context. I said Rock was weak when he was in the Corporation, which by Miz-haters definition of weak would be accurate. I'm not calling them weak at all.

I was joking. Just saying if you said that on some other site the IWC will bitch at you and say "NO ONE CALLZ TEH RACK"

Then shut up and stop letting your hatred for the guy blind you.
I'm not blind, I just have a negative opinion on him. Just because not everything I have to say about everything is positive doesn't mean I don't have the right to voice my opinion on the matter.
OK, I have to say this. If using lackeys/cheating to retain titles is weak, then...

THE ROCK WAS A WEAK CHAMPION!!!!! HE USED THE CORPORATION TO HELP HIM WIN HIS MATCHES!!!!!! SO WAS TRIPLE H, HE USED EVOLUTION!! HOLLYWOOD HOGAN WAS A WEAK CHAMPION TOO, HE USED THE nWo! And for all you TNA losers, JEFF HARDY'S A WEAK CHAMPION, HE USES THAT GROUP OF OLD TIMERS TO HELP HIM WIN MATCHES!!!

Doc is right (not surprising in the least). It's not being weak, it's being HEEL. Miz was an effective HEEL champion there, using everything to his advantage to attain victory from the jaws of defeat.
And heels like that are supposed to look weak. Amirite?
If Doc and I are telling you to shut the fuck up then you really have a problem.
Oh Doug, I'll see you in the Cage a little later.
So do I, but the fact is he didn't look weak with tonight's win, so open your eyes and stop being so baised
How didn't he? He used two other people to win the match. King was on the top of the ladder while Miz was on the ground and only lost because of Cole. No Cole King is your Champ. Miz didn't win, Cole made him win.
Erm... isn't the point of using lackeys is so that the wrestler appear to be weak so that the fans will boo more as they don't think he deserve to win?
It is, that's why I'm saying he looked weak. Why noone gets it, I don't know.
bias much, Blue? You say he looked weak because yo don't like the guy and want him to fail.
No I'm saying he looked weak because he did. Has nothing to do with why I think he's shit.
How anyone can think Miz is shit sicken's me.
How anyone can hug his nuts as tight as you do sickens me.
No it's not the point. It's because the heel wants to cheat to win to ensure that he wins IN CASE ANYTHING GOES WRONG, LIKE GOING THROUGH A TABLE.
He didn't tell Cole to grab King's leg, now did he?

I kind of feel the build up for tonight's King of the Ring was a waste. They built Morrison up for weeks being against bullies. He beats a quasi-bully in Cody Rhodes, then beats a big bully in Alberto Del Rio, then loses to Sheamus. John Morrison is one of those superstars who consistently puts on great matches, yet has never gotten a true shot at the main event. Let's not even breathe a word about the joke ECW title reigns. They put the King of the Ring mantel on Sheamus, a guy who was given a world title within his first year. A guy who does not need any build up. Why? Just to eventually bring Triple H onto the show? They could have built better. I dunno, have Morrison win, Sheamus beat him up after the match and have Triple H do the save? Instead they once again build Morrison up to push another overrated superstar back into the main event. At least their is a chance Thursday night may have better entertainment....

I didn't say that, you should probably read things several times to understand them. Evan Bourne is someone who wouldn't think he's good enough to win, but he won't have a lackey. Heels will win at any cost, they don't mind cheating to win, they have no morals. Miz has confidence (kayfabe of course) but riley is there to make sure he wins because they don't mind cheating to get the job done. So you think all heels are week?

I just find it pathetic people are whinging about The Miz already as champion, give it time..he's a heel. These are the type of reasons why i hate most wrestling fans and 90% of the IWC...all they do is bitch and moan, if i was a wrestler in WWE i'd do things i need to do to get over and what not, but i wouldn't personally care about the fan's one bit.

Except, like, I'm not.

I mark for one man, and he's in my sig.
Who isn't though?
No you lose because you can't read. I said about five times already i don't like the Miz either, doesn't look like a champion, it's too early for him and his ring skills aren't good, I like his mic skills and that's it. Talk all the shit you want about him I don;t care i dont get attached to people in a fake sport. You just hate on him because you hate him. fact is he didn't look weak tonight, he went through a table which could happen to anybody, guess you're new to this fake sport, than he hit the guy with the belt and won, NOT WEAK
You're a lost cause. You really are.
Now you're just being a dick in the face of confrontation.
No sir, I was called a moron.
You let someone who used to be a bodybuilder punch you clean in the face and slam you with a ladder, and we'll see how weak you are.
Yea, if I was the champion in the WWE I think I could take it from a 60 year old man who hasn't wrestled in ages.
If we're all marks, then you're just some smark who can't accept the fact that a heel champion did his job right, and YOU'RE the proof.
I never once said he didn't do his job. I said he looked weak, which we have established is what you're supposed to do. I never once said he didn't do his job.

Morrison is the epitome of overrated.

Blue you're totally wrong.

Heels don'tlook weak because they cheat, if you don't get that than you're not going to get anything. They cheat because they don't care. Looking weak would be a DQ finish, or a countout. Cole got involved to further the storyline, not to make Miz look weak. Miz looked like every other heel champion since about 1931. that's a loooong list of weak champions

KOTR certainly was a waste. Especially when you consider the recent PPV match. Basically just a drubbed up reason to keep sheamus slightly more relevant. The whole thing seemed quite lackluster.

I'm not blind, I just have a negative opinion on him. Just because not everything I have to say about everything is positive doesn't mean I don't have the right to voice my opinion on the matter.
You have every right to say your opinion. We have every right to say your opinion is wrong, since that is OUR opinion, and both opinions lack any foolproof evidence to support either claim.

And heels like that are supposed to look weak. Amirite?
Heels with lackeys are supposed to use everything at their disposal to win matches. That's smart heel booking. Miz is a heel with lackeys, so he used them. Can't blame him. If you were a champ, and had 2 friends willing to risk themselves to help you win, would you just tell them to go away, so that you can win the match on your own? Bullshit.

No I'm saying he looked weak because he did. Has nothing to do with why I think he's shit.
And since I (and shitloads of non-Mizfits) said he didn't look weak, he looked HEEL, who cares.
He didn't tell Cole to grab King's leg, now did he?
Actually, he probably did. Cole was checking on Miz, then went into the ring. Miz probably said get in there.

Oh, and It's always nice to get red rep from people who don't even get involved with the argument. Fuck you Coco. Grow some fucking balls if you disagree with something I said and actually say it publicly, instead of calling me out via rep.

Heels need not be weak. There are monster heels too. Why can't you understand that appearing weak is not a bad thing for the Miz? JBL had that great run as a coward champion on Smackdown. Same thing could happen to the Miz.

You take your top champion, put him in a match against a retired wrestler, and he only wins with interference. Let that sink in a bit.

Morrison need to lose the starship pain as a finisher to go up to the main event. He should use it as a signature move instead. He botches it too often.

I have better things to do with my time. Like scratch my balls or pick lint out of my belly button.

I think the notion that every heel has to be weak is weak in itself. G'night, morons.
actually, not every heel has to be weak. And Miz wasn't weak, he used everything at his disposal to beat a guy who is talented enough to be called a Hall of Famer.

Did anyone actually watch the Match? The Miz pretty much dominated. The only times he got beat up was when he got lackadaisical and underestimated the King. Then King got lucky and threw Miz from the top rope to the outside through a table (enough to put pretty much anyone out for a long time).

Who isn't though?

You're a lost cause. You really are.

How? You've yet to make a point you're just defending yourself because everyone is telling you how stupid you are. You think heels are supposed to look weak, they'e not. Cowards, yes but not weak. He didn't loo weak tonight, he should've lost because he flew through a table.

And you saying that you could take that hit from a 60 year old and get up proves to everyobe reading this that you are a moron, like I said.

I'm pretty sure CM Punk said numerous times throughout the match that it only takes one mistake to loose a TLC match when talking about The Miz...going through the table was that one mistake. It's pretty straight forward. 'Accidents' happen all the time in matches like TLC, hell, John Cena fell through a table last year and lost his championship based on that.

I don't think The Miz looked bad at all. When you break it down, here are the facts:
- Jerry Lawler is a Hall of Famer with a lot more experience
- 'Old timers' can pull out suprising performances as a result of adrenaline, determination, etc...
- A TLC matchup is a match where suprises can happen due to highly dangerous surroundings, as Punk kept saying, it only takes one mistake.
- This was the town of Rocky, where underdogs are given huge emphasis.

Taking all these into account, it's plausible that Jerry Lawler could have won the match. Also, in the broader picture, the match gained even more heat for The Miz and Michael Cole, which can't be a bad thing. The match was believable and it did its job.

You take your top champion, put him in a match against a retired wrestler, and he only wins with interference. Let that sink in a bit.

If it was one on one and Lawler hit his finishing move and went for the pin and Cole interfered, yes, he looks weak, absolutly right, I'd never argue that.

It was a TLC match. You hear Punk say all night it takes on fluky mistake to lose this match? thats what happened. He should've lost because he went through a table, but that in no way makes him look weak
