Oh boy, a bunch of people coming up here that I don't have any strong opinions about.
Hamler... I like you well enough. I'll never forget your "Discuss this shit" catchphrase, which is so god awful it was hilarious. I think you were a little overzealous in those days, but in case you haven't noticed that tends to be a trend for almost all WrestleZone posters, and the ones that can channel that energy properly wind up becoming some of the best posters on the site. I think you're on that path right now.
Your a conservative prick that seems to drink straight from the GOP punch bowl, so there's that. I don't know much about you otherwise, but you're from New Jersey, so you can't be all that bad.
I don't know why you have as bum a wrap around here as you do. I've never really seen you act like too much of an idiot or anything.
No real opinion on which to judge you Mission, but the little bit I've seen of you is good. You were a participant in the BattleZone Tourney which puts you on my nice list, and I remember you having some good taste in wrestling during the Synchtube days. I still see you bump the thread from time to time, maybe I'll check out your channel one of these days.
Go for it and don't hold back.
I have no idea who you are. Sorry.
Nothing but good things to say to the one and only Ty Burna. There are a lot of cool, chill guys here on WrestleZone, but you may be by far the coolest, by which I mean I've never seen you get hot, I've never seen you even get remotely upset, and you always keep the appearance of a laid back dude.
When I joined WZCW I expected to just write a few RPs for Saboteur before I got bored and decided to get on with my life, but you (as well as your staff) have managed to give Saboteur more life than I ever imagined, and it's got me coming back every week, getting in kayfabe spouts with the likes of Chris K.O. and James King, and thinking about what's next for Saboteur as I lay in bed at night. I definitely owe you gratitude for putting Saboteur over like you did, putting me into fun feuds and weekly matches right off the bat.
You've also been a good friend behind the scenes in the board room. The few times tempers have flared, you're usually the guy that is there with a calming personality.
All in all, you're a solid dude. It would be epic if the NJexus and Midwest Connection could one day meet for drinks and a wrestling show somewhere down the road. Seriously, the world may never be the same.
Oh JGlass, I will always like you regardless of getting rep or not.
And I you, Indyjon. Truthfully, I can't comment much about your posting as I'm not an MMA guy (I like my fighting to be fictional thank you very much), but as a human being you seem to be an okay fella. You're polite, chilled out, and you seem to be on this board for all the right reasons. Too often do we get caught up in dumb internet drama that has almost no relevance, but you are far above all of that.
I'm happy that you were made a mod. I was very supportive of the idea of getting you in the boardroom as I knew you were a hard worker and one of the most popular MMA posters on the site, and for good reason. I hope you continue to do good work with the section.
The WrestleZone Nexus was a terrible idea. Then again, forum factions generally are, aren't they?
You used to be one of those overzealous posters that I mentioned earlier, but your young age made you stand out a little more than most. I think many of us, myself included, saw you as the annoying little brother of WrestleZone forums: always getting more excited than you should, trying to hang out with the big boys when you weren't ready to yet... typical internet bullshit that is in all actuality pretty fucking stupid.
You've pulled back a little, which is good. I think you have a lot to learn about wrestling and how to discuss it, but I think you're probably on the right track. Keep reading posts from guys like Sam, NorCal, Doc, Crock, X, and so on, and you'll turn out just fine.
You're also from Jersey, so you'll always be at least a little cool in my eyes. Just a little though.
Oh god... Milenko.
I used to give you the benefit of the doubt. You have just as much right to post here as anyone else, even if you talk out your ass half the time... but eventually you hit a point where it was just too much.
You post (not as much as you used to, but still) a new thread every time any little thought crosses your mind. We have at least three threads specifically for you to post your random shit in, yet you STILL feel the need to post new threads.
You also try to make yourself look more intelligent than you really are. Yes, we've all noticed that you copy and paste wikipedia articles instead of actually coming up with your own words. I used wikipedia for a lot of stuff too, but at least I have the good decency to paraphrase.
You might not realize it, but you also annoy people with some of your fandom. Now as fickle as an internet forum is, fan culture is even more fickle. You can't just show up to your first Yankees game and try to lead the section in a cheer. You can't go to your first NoFX show and expect to get up on the stage and sing. You can't go into the CHIKARA thread and claim you're a huge fan when you've only seen one PPV. The REAL hardcore fans take offense to that. You need to earn your stripes before you try to assert yourself as a diehard.
You need to dial it back. You need to dial EVERYTHING wayyyyyy the fuck back. I doubt you will, it's just not in your personality to do so, but it would be better for all of us if you did.
I'm commencing repping now.
