It would be, because Hogan knows damn well that Roode is over like rover with the crowds and Storm is......well not. Thus, if Storm was champ (not going to happen since he's never been a draw), he at least wouldn't have a prayer at being more important than Hogan because we can't have that. NO ONE is allowed to be more over or get more attention than Hogan damnit!
