it was implied at best. in any case, we cant let this sort of embarasment happen again. I say we should only accept people who have potential to be awesome and/or break out and be notable posters.

or at least wait for them to make more than (say) five decent non spam posts. then we wont run the risk of accepting the alt of a shit poster.

You need to make up your mind. "All applicants", or "Applicants with 5+ non-spam posts"...Not both
