I'm looking forward to this contract BR, I've not seen one in a while, and it's strange for it to take place on a show!
I feel like the whole storyline just fell flat at Kingdom Come, almost entirely due to no fault of the people involved. There was no jeopardy when half of the All-Stars no-showed. It was a shame, then it just lost all momentum and ended up fading away rather than going out with a bang.
I spent too long barbecuing yesterday and now my back hurts. Also my missus drank two bottles of wine and spent the night throwing up
On the plus side we've now announced our wedding date so that's cool. WOOO being 28!
It was only Gordito, Everest's was a bit late, and I believe the voting was done by ranking the singles RP's as opposed to team voting, if I remember correctly the people who thought that any of the Apostles were getting by Celeste or Titus at that time were few and far between. I was pretty surprised by the result. The sudden leavings of people (looking at you, Toyota) were well compensated for by bringing in Bowen, which then lead to Bowen vs Steamboat, S.H.I.T vs Celeste, Ty vs Chris K.O and Titus getting another World Title shot. It wasn't so much about the angle itself after Kingdom Come, but all the seperate branches that came out of it. Plus Ty's whole World exploding (or imploding). Not to mention Chris K.O's pseudo White Knight being called out by Titus.
I'd agree that it was disappointing that Ty's reign of terror didn't last longer, but since the plan was never for him to win at all it must've made it a bit awkward.

I was okay with what happened at KC, but after that it just seemed like it was booked with the thought of "Shit, the angle is over, ABORT ABORT." I know Ty leaving was a big part of that and no one should hold that against him, but if the fallout had happened a bit more organically I think the angle would be much more fondly remembered.
This all happened while Ty was holding back the Sons of Destiny. Of course.
Who? The group of bag carriers for the Apostles? We gave them names?
A stable that were a threat to the Apostles so you kept us down. Triple H.
I wasn't even aware of their existence at the time. All I remember is you saying you found a couple lackeys to clean your boots so I figured you just hired shoe shiners for the Creative Team.

Continuing with old video games, I'm doing a rerun of Pokemon FireRed, and let me tell you, this shit was not this hard when I was a kid. Either that, or kid me didn't mind the grinding so damn much.
I once imagined a feud with Grizzly Bob and Zeus (which strays away from the super cereal nature of Zeus), where he slips a copy of "Pokemon Black" into Bob's bag. Bob plays, and realizes that when his Pokemon faint, they die for reals. Because of Bob's nature, this haunts him, as his game begins to glitch when he reaches (spoilers) Lavender Town.
Also, not to be that guy, but are the boards going up today, or tomorrow?
