WZCW Discussion Thread

I'm not much of a gamer either. It's like once every blue moon that I actually sit down to play a new game from this new generation.

I play COD when my friends party up with a 4+ team.

Did you know: That not only is there a Meltdown 12A & 12B, there is also a Meltdown 16A & 16B. Therefore, this upcoming Meltdown should be known as Meltdown 94 instead of 92.

It's name change time for some of us - if you have trouble, go to their user profile and search user notes. They have a list of name change logs that you can go through to figure out who everybody is.

My top 5 favourite games of this gen are GTA IV, Fallout 3, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect 3 (sans the ending) and Batman: Arkham City.

Mass Effect 3 over Mass Effect 2!?

You shut your ****e mouth.

It's growing on me but still... Meh.

So that leaves DC, Smith, Zeus, Blade and Howard, right?

Calling it now.

5. Howard
4. Blade
3. D.C.
2. Zeus
1. Smith

Because I'm highly overrated by people in this fed...

I have no idea who anyone is anymore

I haven't changed my name in 6 years...

Meh, 3 felt pretty damn epic up until the ending and had some glorious moments that made me want to fistpump into the air on a regular basis (mostly anything to do with Garrus). Give it an ending where your choices throughout all 3 games actually make a difference (rather than three that have similar outcomes) and I'd have it on par with number 2, if not above it slightly.

Fuck it, I know what my spare time this week is gonna be spent on...

Four of the top five are in the same half of the draw. That's insane. Talk about a group of death.

Lmao, needs a Bowen and S.H.I.T head in there. God I miss that, I know I was only involved for two cycles. But I would have loved to be in it sooner. So much fun to me, and everyone just had so much tallent, that it was exciting to write about. I couldn't wait to read our roleplays every show.

Basically it gave me my first big storyline, and my favorite match. I beat barbosa in an absolute fluke, still think he gave it to me. Hell i even went to him and worked on my roleplay with him. I was like fuck, this wont win. Lets see what we can do. I beat killjoy and now that's about it.

This was like the very beginning of the storyline I believe. There were the individual AoC sigs I made for KC that were pretty rad imo. I made a bunch of them throughout the feud though.

But it was awesome to be apart of and see what everyone was going to do each week RP wise. I especially enjoyed seeing everyone going down really dark paths at times, when they probably wouldn't have. Alhazred got borderline Satanist at times. I know the story overall is kind of frowned upon by most because of the end result, but I thought it was the balls.

Apostles of Chaos angle gets waaay too much hate, particularly in the podcasts, and often from people heavily involved in New Church vs Strikeforce I think is a tad unfair. It was tons of fun and I genuinely had no problem with how it ended. Perhaps Ty could've done more evil power abusing after the KC match, but I still reckon it was bold and fun. Not to mention most people involved came out with new dimensions, and dynamics with other characters.

Krypto is much better than SHIT, so I just assume this comment is being directed towards me.

Whilst I'm online, I can say that I understand why I'm not on the shows this round, but I will be back for the next, it's time for a revolution.

I feel like the whole storyline just fell flat at Kingdom Come, almost entirely due to no fault of the people involved. There was no jeopardy when half of the All-Stars no-showed. It was a shame, then it just lost all momentum and ended up fading away rather than going out with a bang.
