I'm really looking forward to this show, HOWEVER, I'm hating the fact we're winning by one of the opposite team no-showing. I mean, I was looking forward to going up against such a big team in Smith & Rush and it kind of sucks, y'know, to just be given the win.
Ah well, I hope something rewarding comes out of it for KC. Last year, I had an Elite X Match, this year I can't see anything yet.

There's a possibility that some lucky teams are going to have a shot at tag team dominance very early on post KC. I think you're either underestimating how much this gimmick can make you two more interesting as opposed to what you're currently doing or overestimating the ability of the characters in the mid-card.

I'm neat.
So I was thinking about joining this towards the end of August and was thinking of a creative gimmick to use and thought of the following so if anyone has any feedback about it it be much appreciated.
The gimmick would be that I'm a former astronaut who was trained by NASA and on a flight in space saw how grand and unknown the world really is and this made him crazed upon his return and preachy about how we know nothing and now he needs a need a place to vent his ideas and show how he knows what nobody else knows and how he is superior now in both mind and body.

Sounds unique enough, that's for sure. If you think you can write a character like that for a year or so without running into writer's block or getting bored, then I don't see why he couldn't work.
My only concern is that the "preachy" gimmick is done to death, and rarely done well. Eventually it just becomes the same RP over and over, and that becomes boring to read AND write. Maybe instead of making him some sort of evangelist for higher knowledge (or whatever), just make him a plain old nut job that finds himself in situations where he can "share" his knowledge.

I wanna see this gimmick from Macios interact with Kyrpto...perhaps he met him in space years ago.
I guarantee you your first opponent will say "I'll bring him back down to Earth!" in his/her RP.

I said like a month or two ago a astronaut gimmick could totally work. The Astronaut goes into space with is best friend/co-worker and their space shuttle comes into contact with Krypto and his friends just chilling in a space cruiser. One of them decides to fuck with the humans and causes Macios's friend to be stuck in space limbo forever and Macios goes to back to Earth claiming aliens attacked them causing him to be labeled a maniac. Now he's entered WZCW for revenge = $$$$$$
