Sounds unique enough, that's for sure. If you think you can write a character like that for a year or so without running into writer's block or getting bored, then I don't see why he couldn't work.

My only concern is that the "preachy" gimmick is done to death, and rarely done well. Eventually it just becomes the same RP over and over, and that becomes boring to read AND write. Maybe instead of making him some sort of evangelist for higher knowledge (or whatever), just make him a plain old nut job that finds himself in situations where he can "share" his knowledge.

Like I said I can't officially start till the end of August just cause I want to put my best effort into this and truthfully I couldn't guarantee my time until then anyways. I really enjoy writing and storytelling so sustaining the creative block wouldn't be all to hard for me especially once I start getting into character.

I'm thinking over the next month of trying to build the character in my head and then from there check out everyone else's character and going from there building up move sets and what not.

So yeah, expect towards the end of August my application form into this. Unless of course you all think it be cool if I got my application in earlier, I would have time to write possible debut vignettes and then debut sometime towards the beginning of September. I really want to put a lot into this so whatever is needed of me I can do.

If you ever do get stuck on what to do in your RP's guys like JGlass and Dr.Zeus can be a big help. Those two have helped me out a ton.

Our biggest show of the year is coming up very soon. You might want to make a debut immediately after it, so getting your app up now couldn't hurt.

Nightmare, I think your rep comment is a bit... silly.

Not sure how you think Flynn beat me tbh, I think I kicked his ass.

It comes across a bit big-headed from someone who's won one match. Also, your RP, to me, screams Dogma. Azazel, played by Jason Lee, is a very similar character.

That, and I preferred Flynn's RP on the whole.

I know I don't have the best win-loss record but I really think my last 2 RP's have been top notch where as I just don't think Jimmy Flynn had anything special RP wise this round. He did have a good promo though.

Also keep in mind I have no idea who the NPC photo rep for Azazel is or how he acts. Just did a google search for evil carnival ringmaster and that was the first one that fit the bill.
