The statment was that the tag division is a step down for Ty, who just won the LL and is consistently a main-event RPer. So yes, it would be a step down for him to go into the tag division.
The tag division is a fine one to be in, but you are crazy if you think it is anything above mid-level. I would place it above the Mayhem and just behind, maybe on par with, the Elite X at the moment. Especially when the division is comprised mostly of new members(New characters) who just recently formed tag teams.
The tag division is strong and it offers a tough dynamic to adapt to, but in terms of going from main event to the tag division, it is stepping down.

You could, you know, throw the world title match
I could, then again you could throw the WZCW vs. AoC match so I can then rebook myself for another title match the MD after. It'd just be like TNA. Book the Main event as a successful defense only for the rematch of the main event that was on PPV be on free TV, only with the title changing hands this time.
My head hurts all of a sudden.

Going back to kick this dead horse of a topic. The Tag Division has done more for me than jobbing around the Mayhem Division would have ever done for me. Getting the chance to work with guys like Harthan, Remix, Showtime, and of course my Tag Partner, Numbers I got to improve and learn a little bit of everything and how to write up a great RP. I have got to partner with a former Main-Eventer, I got to feud with one as well, and I got to enter feuds with guys like Blade and Scott Hammond. Even now, I get to bring 3-4 guys to their first Pay-Per-View. (Exception being Crock seeing as he's been here before)
Once the RRR goes to a complete hault. I have so many more doors open in this fed compared to when I joined. That is why I always try to push the point to the newer members to try creating a tag team with one another.

I hate to be the asshole in the hat here. But I don't think the Jacks will be able to get on the card for the Tag Team match. After losing to both B.L.T and Strikeforce, it is hard to find a reason to insert them into the title match. Maybe something else will open up on the card, but I just don't see the Jacks in the Tag Team match.

Actually, he's pretty much on the money the Milenko. Sorry, but he is. There's all possiblity you might be involved in some sort of Mayhem Battle Royal (Just y'know... throwing that to creative), but there's number one contenders being set in stone now, you'd have to beat the whole roster to probably be considered there.

Well just start improving and continue getting better. Then you and NSL will get a Tag Title Shot in due time. But right now, a win over the Kings of Hate won't put you in the Kingdom Come card.
Hi folks. Glad to see Mr. Butty pick up his first win in the WZCW there on Aftershock, great match Killjoy. Interesting little backstage segment afterwards with Butty and Stevenson Marquel, the Mayhem Champion. Hmmm. Could I be eying up a future title reign already?

To rehash the tag team discussion I do feel good that I am part of the group that has helped make it a little better. I know by no means have I accomplished much but in the last four rounds(minus the LL) Shotaro and I have gone from opening AF as opponents, to opening AF as a team, to main eventing AF, and this round we opened AS with our third straight win as a team. That feels nice.
I'm also glad that I was involved in the match that was the final straw in SaboSaxton coming to blows.
