So, how exactly does the KFAD case work exactly? Does it work like MitB in WWE or does it just give you a title shot at a PPV?

For the past 3 years, it's just been a briefcase people get to lug around with and fight for.

Works like MitB, except that Barbosa has to PM Ty (providing he's not champion) to say he's cashing in. For a surprise cash in, this has to be done before the round has begun or if he wishes to do a PPV match cash in, some way and they book things ala RVD/Cena style.
