This. I was not a fan of Sidious at all, but then he grew on me, probably because he started coming into the Bar Room and having a smidgen of fun.

He hasn't done anything to get on my good side yet. I still feel that debating with him isn't even a debate... it's more like talking to a brick wall. When you can't humble yourself for one second and take the other party's suggestions into consideration when there's a possibility that they just might know what they're talking about, you won't gain any respect, nor will anyone think that your ideas are worth a damn. Welcome to my world.
Sid has softened up a bit. The first time we debated about Taz's skills as a commentator he was very stubborn and off-putting to me as well. But then I realized people debating with me probably think the same of myself. Every topic we've discussed since has been very civil though.

And I think I've made somewhat of a name on this site for being understanding and giving everyone their fair share. But I think he's a lost cause. If I have to read another thread about how "RAW is stale" and "needs to be run by changing <this>" I'm going to slit my wrists with a rusty spoon while jumping off a bridge.

Honestly, I've REALLY enjoyed Raw. Aside from a few episodes here and there, I think it hasn't been half bad. But then again, I ignore my personal opinions and only see the ground it's breaking and how the new format is building company longevity. I could give two shits if they aren't aiming to please an audience of our age bracket. I just see dollar signs.

I also don't see the point of half of the guest hosts on Saturday Night Live, but they're still drawing. It's funny to see mainstream stars do a piss-poor job of trying to be pro-wrestling personalities in the same way that it's difficult to see pop stars do comedic skits. It's all about the entertainment, people. Open your minds a bit.
