Should be an ok match and I can see it going on toward the beginning of the evening. I can't see it going on later on since there are both the Rumble match and the WWE Championship match featuring The Rock also on the card. Honestly, I'm not that interested in this match. I'm glad that Alberto is World Heavyweight Champion and I am also glad that his face turn is going well. I just want this feud to end already. Big Show is beyond boring at the moment and I want him out of the world title scene. Plus, Alberto only JUST recently got the belt so why put it back on Big Show at all?
Ziggler is the next likely champion so having him cash in on Del Rio makes more sense than cashing in on Big Show. I don't predict a Ziggler cash-in just yet.... I can see him cashing in around Elimination Chamber or at Wrestlemania itself instead. Alberto retains since it wouldn't make sense for him to lose the belt right now. Whoever loses will then move on to compete in the Rumble, which they will not be winning, and afterwards Alberto will move on to his next challenger who will probably be Ziggler whether he cashes in or not.
