Quick question, why does using your given christian name instead of a variation transfer you to a heel? Terrence (Terry) Taylor, Richard (Ricky) Morton, Theodore (Teddy) Long, Robert (Bobby) Roode... does this mean that when Randy returns to the heel side he'll switch to Randall Orton?

Didn't some of those heels have their 'face' names before they turned? I know Team Canada was heel, and Roode was Bobby then.
It's more to do with them becoming 'serious' when they turn. I mean would you introduce your boss to somone as 'Terry Taylor' or 'Terrence Taylor'
