Why'd you first come to WrestleZone?

What made/makes you stay?

I came because of a small forum on aol.com that aol had setup for Wrestling, and they had a link to this site. I slowly ventured into the forums, Shocky and Sam were the first two to get me interesting, and I stayed for a want to prove myself to people honestly. Now I just stay to have fun talking about Wrestling.
 
I originally found the WZ news site when I was looking for SmackDown spoilers, used it for a while, then came to the forums and started to stick around here and there.

I said something pro HHH, or something, I forget exactly, and NorCal liked it and claimed me as his protege. The rest is history.
 
Wow I did the exact same as Harthan. We had laptops at our highschool were they were like our pen and paper. We took them everywhere even home so they were basically ours. Anyways Wrestlezone was the only unbanned site that I could find for spoilers so i just kept using it.
 
I found the site cause my cousin used it. I laughed at some stuff Jake said and became Y 2 Jane. And then the rest.
 
Hmm, that goes back a bit. I'm sure it was via the main site. I got back into wrestling again after losing interest in it for a few years, and looked up a site for some wrestling news and encountered WZ. Came on and was modded within 3 months, probably in thanks entirely to Jake. Posted constantly for a year and half, went on hiatus for a while and was thus demodded because I was never on. Now I've been back, going strong since April.
 
I started out just looking at the main WZ page for the backstage news. I always looked at the side of the main page and saw the forums threads that were being discussed. I was always curious of other people's opinions, but I never made the venture. Then one day, I decided to check it out, made an account, and the rest is history. Honestly, this is a great place to kick back and have good discussions with other wrestling fans. Most of my friends don't like wrestling so it's hard to talk about it, which is why I like this place. I am very glad I made the step into these forums and that is genuine.
 
Friend used the main site. I always wonder if my friend ever used the forums. We are no longer friends.

I bet he was Prax.
 
My old forum got shut down, and if someone claims politics on this site, then they were never on Online Onslaught.

I read some shit on the site, and ventured into the forums, picked up two infractions on day one, and the rest is history.

lol, I picked up 2 infractions at the beginning of my run also. That was the end of those though because since the second one I have been clean.
 
I cruise the main site for news. Saw the forum advertised on the side. Signed up, posted in Ech's "Women's Match of The Week" thread, got a infraction from Jakey, became a lurker mostly lurking through Jake's posts, decided to post again. and here I am.

What made me come: Advertisement
What made me stay: Jake, and the community.
 
I came through the main site, I stayed as it was just an escape. I came back really as it's a very good community, even those I don't get on with on WZ are still pretty sound people.

Hopefully, Jake doesn't jump ship.
 
I don't remember how I found the main page but I always opened up the Latest Discussion on the side to see what people were saying. A few months later I decided to just join and see if I liked it.

What made me stay was probably the fact that there were people on here who I could actually talk to about wrestling and would understand me. The only person in my family who watches wrestling is my little cousin but sometimes it's just annoying when he talks to me about wrestling, I also have a friend who watches wrestling but I don't talk to him about it because all he seems to focus on the most is what the Diva's look like.

Sometimes it is just really hard when you try to talk to someone about wrestling and all they associate pro-wrestling with is guys on steroids doing fake stuff.
 
I know this girl named Sue (her user name here is misskim) who use to post here, and she got me here. She would have a lot of fun with Konnan, you know... pissing him off and what not, so I joined up to simply watch that kind of stuff and for whatever reason... I stuck around.

I've joined quite a few forums in the past few years, but this and one other one are the only ones I grew very fond of.
 
I was on WZ.com and i checked out the forums and I saw NorCal's posts and said, "this looks fun" so I signed up.

I also saw a thread called "My Take VI: Finlay" or something like that
 
Main Site, saw the forum, decided to post. Got called a noob and was told my opinion didn't matter(Shango), and decided to stay. :)
