I don't really get where people are getting this 'Batista loses' theory from compared to Cena.
He got injured in 2006, had to drop the belt. Came back, won his title matches against Booker by DQ and then won the belt at SS'06. Yes he did lose to 'Taker but it was at WM so of course he'd f'n lose. Then drew the next 2 matches with Taker. Edge got dq'd at least once, near loss in a cage, and then we had a crappy countout decision where we were told Batista wud never face Edge for the title again. Edge gets injured just as we're going to see new contenders. It's then Kahli v Kane, but w8 lets add Batista. Kane gets pinned. Batista v Kahli again = Batista win by DQ, Rey v Kahli but w8 let's add Batista = Batista wins. Wins again and again until finally losing to Edge in a triple threat and we say thank f*** for that.
As for Cena yes he did beat everybody within four weeks, sometimes there was no build up at all e.g. Vengeance 5-way, Backlash 4-way, 2 month rivalries with Umaga and Kahli and then he lost!!!! Got Dq'd against Orton in their second match, and we approaching the 3rd (Orton being the ONLY guy to get more than two shots at Cena) and we all knew he'd lose.
I h8 Batista for the same reason i h8 Cena. I'm sick of having him shoved down my throat all the time. They have been in the spotlight ever since the Rumble '05 and it's now April '08. 3 years +! You can say the same about Austin, Rock, HBK or HHH but at least they had decent rivalries all the time with each other as well as Taker, Angle, Bret and Foley. Decent rivalries is all these two need to make their overshadowing of everyone else at least tolerable IMO.
