to be honest monkey, you could probably take me in a straight up gloves on boxing match. im not that great of a striker

well, you dont HAVE to, they just give you basic hand to hand combat stuff in basic. but I hada job were I was sent into sticky situations often, so I figured I had better learn some disciplines.
