Who sent the TEXT!!!!!

so everybody thinks the text was sent from johnny ace, hhh, steph, or vince!!!

but what happened to the GM? we havent seen or heard from the GM in over a month, but the gm laptop is always out there on raw why ?
im thinking the text was sent to kevin nash by the GM.

But who is the GM??????
