The WWE is really pushing hard for Sheamus O'Shaunnessy to be considered the top heel on Monday Night RAW. Jerry Lawler has already said on multiple occasions that "there is a new center of evil within the WWE Universe and it's name is Sheamus!" I'm not even sure how come so many people are saying Miz and Nexus are the top heels yet none of them have ever even won a world championship. You can't be at the top without ever holding the top prize.
