Jesse Ventura and Bobby Heenan were the funniest commentators, but by far, with the exception of the Rock, Rowdy Piper was the best. He came up with one-liners so fast, you'd usually miss one because you were laughing so hard at the previous one. If you don't believe me, go rent summerslam 89 where he interferes with Rick Rude Vs Ultimate Warrior. He moons Rude from ringside and does a drunk interview with Mene Gene where he claims that he's going to eat a garage!

Wat about Booker? Without a doubt he's the funniest right now. Remember his tag team wit Goldust when Booker was in bed with a chick and Goldust swindled his way in there. Booker used to carry the shit out of him.
Flair's funny how he grabs people's balls and elbow drops the mat and just screams into the mic.
Piper was funny back in the day. And J.R. and King are damn funny. ("Stone Cold!) ("That son of a bitch!") ("Puppies!)
