I just think they should change the look of the title to the traditional belt instead of a spinner. Spinner deminishes the prestigue of the title imo.

The diminishing quality of the WWE title goes a long way past its appearance. Isn't that a little contradictory to be praising Cena for selling merchandise and then asking them to stop producing something that would sell?

Anyway, just seeing the belt on a guy like Cena ruins the whole credibility of the entire WWE. Yes the guy has solid mic skills, but there are some guys who have the full package. Edge, Orton, Michaels, Angle, HHH, Taker and others have had supreme wrestling ability and mic talent, yet they are still pushed to be worse than Cena and Batista. The fact that merchandise sales get in the way from a proper product is just one of the many reasons that the WWE's priorities are horribly wrong. Bring back the wrestling they showcased, and not the things that the kids will cheer for and buy. These guys deserve the push over these people who can't spell the word wrestling. The veterans made the business what it is. Why don't the WWE reward them instead of guys that help make the audience stupider and stupider in regards to what they perceive to be quality wrestling and the best wrestlers.

I don't care about the title, because it is already being disgraced by the holder. The WWE should concentrate on the fans they have, not the fans they want.

Shelton Benjamin should definitely win the title because of his amazing wrestling ability. I mean what ever happened to him, he went to RAW 3 years ago and beat him 3 times in a row and all he got from it was the IC title which isn't bad, but the single minded wrestling fans now a days only care about the WWE, and WH championships. Shelton could get over on great wrestling, and they could have him work on his mic skills just to please Vince. Basically the only way any of the young guys now will win the title on Raw is if Triple H quits and goes away from wrestling and stops controlling RAW and putting the young guys down.

I would personally like to see Jeff Hardy or Johnny Nitro get a push for the WWE championship instead of passing the IC belt back and forth. Unfortunately, the revolving championship involving Cena, Edge, Orton and HHH will probably continue as Orton will win the Rumble and probably the title at WM. How exciting....

According to the Storyline, for Mrrrrrrrrrrr Kenedyyyy is just a matter of time to Bcome WHC, (maybe after the Reirement of WHC Undertaker after WM23) and for the WWEC, im going with benoit, since he's gonna drop the USA belt as soon Rey Mysterio is healed. Benoit could give WWE some freshness, i mean, C' mon, Cena needs to turn heel FAST before he lose more credib.

A heel has left wrestlemania as champ, HHH kept the title in 2000 and austin turned heel right after winning the title in 2001

If people had any doubts about this man, they should have been gone after watching him carry the WHC to a good match at the Royal Rumble. This man is what he says he is... The Future of the WWE. He has the mic skills and he has good enough in the ring to be the champ, besides if he were to feud with Cena, you just know we would have some great promos.

When Triple H comes back, I'd give him a title run. Cena can hold onto it until Triple H comes back, then they could push Triple H vs Cena. It would sell. And then Triple H could dispose of that silly spinner. I prefer the old "winged eagle" belt that Hogan and Hart among others held.

I would LOVE to see the title on Shawn Michaels one last time. We all know he's probably fairly close to retiring, and I doubt many of us haven't thought that it would be nice to see the title on him for one last run, after everything he's done for the business.

Shelton Benjamin..very good heel....was pretty good on the mic with his "momma" and could carry matches extremely well with his athletism and his finisher is pretty cool that tbone suplex....hes a very solid wrestler.....i think he should be a main eventer....also...the WWE needs heel champs

Hardcore Holly, same as Regal. He has a very stiff style in the ring and I love it. CM Punk. Very good wrestler. I like him a lot except the sXe gimmick rubs me the wrong way.

Ler me get this right Im geussing you are saying that William Regal is a Kicker of Shit if I get what your saying at face value, But if you love wrestlers like that then you should have used the word ass instead. But William Regal deserves the title no question abot it, But your right he won't win it, not the VKM type. Hardcore Holly again I agree deserves a title run just not a top tier title run now because he is prone to injury these days. So now onto the final name CM Punk, good wrestler but his straight-edge "gimmick" rubs you the wrong way. fine not everyone likes wrestlers gimmicks to be close to what their real personality is. Im pretty sure you would love the Heel version of his gimmick then. Takes the Straight-Edge thing and uses as a Im straight-edge so Im better than you type gimmick, something that I would love to see in WWE.

Now onto point, as to who I think could be the WWE champ, well there are to many that could be the WWE champ so I won't mention them. I will however say who I think should and possibly will win it. The Heartbreak Kid, Shawn Michaels. This is based on two things, The first is the most obvious one in that he deserves to win it after doing so much for the business, to hold it one more time seems a fitting way to honour HBK. The second reason and probably the reason that he probably will win, Is that they will not have Cena retain at Wrestlemania two years in a row. Noone else has been given that honour, and Cena still hasn't done anything worthy of getting this honour. While Cena may put his effort in, thats not enough of a reason for this honour to be bestowed on him. Not Even Hulk Hogan was given that honour. So There are my two reasons as to why I think that HBK will be the next WWE Champ.

Regal has been busting his ass for WWE for a while and hasnt won a major title in what? 4 or 5 years now? not counting those joke you may call tag team title runs he had with eugene and tajiri. Sorry, I wanted to keep this going but accedently posted that. I don't think the WWE will have HHH come back and fued with HBk because I think either Orton or Edge will win the title from HBK at backlash. HBK will get "injured" and HHH will come back and feud with one of the two.

In the distant future the wwe champ could be Johnny Nitro. He has the in ring skills and enough charisma to be champ. Plus, hes tall, built, and has a gimmick that the wwe would put the title on.

I really want to see HHH get the title again, He is one of the best wrestlers the WWF/WWE Will EVER have, and they should appreciate him with a heel title reign. He is a legend.
