You putting Otto Graham in this conversation is like the silly reference to Honus Wagner the other day. You're living in the past. And not the 90's or even the 80's, you're living in ancient sport's history. The competiton was SO DIFFERENT back then vs now, just look at number of franchises, advent of free agency, parity, etc.

Yes you were and I have proven it.


Anybody want to see every rep comment I gave him? Minus the one I deleted because he flamed me beyond reason in it and the last one I gave yesterday or the day before. It said nitpicking, he says I flame him via the rep system, I can prove I don't.

I never used Honus Wagner, I was saying he is still one of the most famous sports figure in Pittsburgh. 1st player inducted into the hall of fame and all those numbers that he put up, not many people have touched.

Now on Otto Graham, he had success throwing the football, when football was still based upon running the football. He is a Winner, and when you play sports the main objective is too win.

I don't think anybody cares, actually. Except Brian. Maybe you do as well (though clearly not as much), but this is between the two of you.

Graham threw 174 TD's and 135 Interceptions. The AAFC had 8 teams in it - it's A HELL OF A LOT HARDER to win titles against 29 ohers teams as opposed to just 7.

erm he didn't control that. He still put up success in his era, when football was still about running.
