yea it means you but some one down so low they freeze. like you no how hot air stays on top and cold air go's to the bottom. well if you give some one aa praise they will like there good. they feel like there on top of the world ( meaning they arfe going up). well if you put some one down ( like they idiot said *****, i no he didn't say it to me but it put me down) thus meaning i felt very low ( meaning i felt cold).
